Appartement proche de la mer

Points positifs : proximité de la mer , vue balcon, appartement propre et spacieux.Points négatifs : rue passante et bruyante , construction d’un immeuble en face. Très mal équipé en vaisselle . Pas assez meublé pour 4 personnes (table pour 2 sur la terrasse) , canapé trop petit, pas de fauteuils, chaises et tabourets cheap. Pas de rideaux dans les chambres, aucune décoration.Photos de l’annonce séduisantes mais appartement triste. Bonne réactivité pour les petites réparations
