The young lady attending at the front desk I wish I hadn't forgotten to get her name. she was there what seemed for most of the day throughout the evening was excellent. She was super nice, friendly helped me with with some issues very quick.Made cookies and set them out for the evening. I can't say enough of her she's an excellent worker with excellent customer service.

We checked in after dark and we were not familiar with Flagstaff. It was challenging to actually get to the front desk because there were minimal signs to direct us and poor street lightning because of some ordinance to limit stray light. You can’t actually see the lobby area from the street. Once we found it, the desk lady was superb!! Very friendly and helpful! Loved our stay!! Now that I know how to get there, we will definitely stay here again!!

This hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, the lobby was warm and inviting, and the breakfast was really nice. We really enjoyed staying here and were looking forward to coming back. However, on our last morning as we were getting breakfast my 9 year old autistic daughter left the lid open to the sausage because she had seen others in line do the same since someone else was going to get food. But she didn’t realize no one was behind her. The employee Bonnie yelled at her to keep the lid closed. My daughter was upset and confused but moved on to get a bagel. Again my child has autism and was doing her best. She went to get a bagel. She did not see the tongs but she grabbed the only bagel she touched because she knows not to touch food she’s not taking. Bonnie again approached her and scolded her. I then approached Bonnie to apologize and explain my daughter is autistic and doesn’t always understand. She replied to me, “yeah, right” in a snarky tone and walked away. This situation was very upsetting to our family. My daughter felt shamed and confused about why she was being yelled at. We no longer felt welcome and it was a disappointing end to our vacation.

The staff at this hotel are very courteous. Love the lodge type asthetic of the meal hall as well. Rooms are clean and spacious.
