GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION - 5 minute walk to downtown shopping and dining

This beautiful historic house has two bedrooms with one bathroom, a large covered front porch, and a fenced in back yard. There is a nice large living room with a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, and large windows when you enter the front door, a bedroom on the right with two twin beds, a formal dining room with a dining table, and in the back left portion of the house is another bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet with built in shelving. Located in the back right of the house is the kitchen, equipped with anything you should need to cook or bake. Just behind the kitchen is the laundry/sun room that exits into the back yard. The laundry room has both a washer and a dryer and ample room for storage. The back yard has a nice flagstone patio. There is an old shed in the back as well, but is not included in the rental. Front porch has chairs and side table for you to relax and enjoy.

Great house! Not our first stay here. We needed a dog friendly house and this house works well! We loved the added bonus of being so close to the route for Christmas light parade. Our only suggestion to other dog owners would be to bring a paw washer! There is something extra sticky about the Flagstaff soil in the backyard. Perfect location to downtown and the Thorpe parks for walking the dogs!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s in a great neighborhood, walking distance to downtown and quick drive up to snowbowl. The photos really don’t do it justice— it’s such a cute space and so comfortable. We would love to come back!

A Wonderful Summer Getaway

We absolutely loved this beautiful historic home in downtown Flagstaff! The location was great...literally a short walk to dining, shops, entertainment and a grocery store. For a small house, this one felt quite spacious. The kitchen is roomy and there is an added on laundry room which overlooks the back yard. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced yard with plenty of room to roam around. The woodwork inside this craftsman bungalow is gorgeous. I wondered about July with no a/c, but with the fans and opening the windows at night, the temperature was quite comfortable. Our favorite spot was the front porch. The large trees in the front yard and the breeze blowing through made it a shady and cool place to relax.Mandi and Mark were great hosts and quickly answered any questions we had. Our stay here was comfortable, cool and relaxing....everything we were hoping for!

This house is walkable to all the shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the farmers market - a perfect location! The porch is wonderful for sitiing. Only downside, is there is no air conditioning and the house was rather warm, but otherwise, a great stay!

Quick Trip

My husband and I arrived in Flagstaff on a snowy April day to visit our son who works in town. We could not have asked for a better location and the house was perfect for our small group. We enjoyed walking downtown and not having to worry about parking while dining in the evening. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around and play ball. We will be back next time we visit Flagstaff. The only recommendation I could give is to have a larger skillet to make dinner for the family and a few mixing bowls. Everything else was PERFECT!

Flag getaway

We loved this property. It was perfect for our needs with two kids and a dog. The layout made it easy for us parents to stay up and hang out after kids went to bed. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted. And the house was very clean. Sometimes places appear clean but then up close are not as good as they appear.
