Welcome to Patriot House, a spacious triple-level beachfront home designed for families and friends who love room to spread out. With three decks, two kitchens, and stunning Gulf views, this retreat is ideal for two or three families vacationing together — offering both shared spaces and private areas for comfort and relaxation. 
The owner has added two additional bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and shower, on the ground level. The top level now features another full bathroom and laundry area, making this home even more convenient for larger groups.

Ground Level: 2 bedrooms + 1 full bath (shower combo)
Main Level (2nd Floor): 3 bedrooms + 1 full bath + 1 half bath, full kitchen, and direct access to the roadside deck, screened-in area, and main beachside deck
Top Level (3rd Floor): 4 bedrooms + 2 full baths, washer/dryer, and a second kitchen with direct deck access on the roadside

Important Note:
The top level (3rd floor) is accessed from the roadside deck — no interior stairs connect the levels. To reach the main deck or lookout deck from the top floor, guests can either pass through the main level or use the exterior stairways.

This large camp had plenty of room. The televisions worked great, the WiFi was excellent and the air was nice & cool. The mud hole that had to be crossed to enter, the dirty boil pot, an awful smell, the rickety wood on deck, could be improved. It is THREE Separate apartments, keep in mind they Do Not connect. If you are traveling with children, may not be the best option. If you have several families- perfect!

Love location & layout of house. Needs lights under back porch area. We saw lights nailed up but couldn’t get them on. House needs a deep clean. Dead roaches (I could tell had been there a while because they were all dried out) on window sills and under countertop. We understand it’s SE LA but at least sweep them up. Won’t let me type more.

Great beach

Boiling pot is tiny. If you plan to boil, bring your own pot! Burner ok. Lovely house and beautiful beach views!
