Adorable and central to everything

Really clean, really nice amenities, beautifully decorated. The only problem is it’s very close to a very busy road with a with a stoplight. The highway noise is substantial. For city people, it probably doesn’t matter. We made a mistake on our booking, and they were so nice to accommodate us and let us stay an extra night.

I highly recommend the cobalt condo. It is a beautiful relaxing place that is well appointed. The owners of this condo go above and beyond with little details that make a difference. Will book again for sure as a member of the family attends CMU. Excellent place to stay.

Great experience in Grand Junction.

The property was perfect for our stay. Two bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Nice open kitchen, dining, and living room space. Plus, a really nice private outdoor living space. Convenient covered parking area, The condo was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. Communication with Wanda from SkyRun was excellent. The location is close to anything you might need during your visit. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved this property so much we tried to re-book a year out! It is fantastic for couples and families alike. We were very happy with the neighborhood, walked to the local coffee shop one morning and walked around each evening after dinner. We felt very safe and secure in and out of the property as well. We ate breakfast out in the backyard in the comfortable lawn set under the sun and found everything we needed in the kitchen to make multiple meals.

Good location for traveling around the area, the carport is great as well as the very private patio. All the amenities you need at a good price. The toilets could have been a bit cleaner, the backs were not overly clean and it was dusty in places. Otherwise, a great place that was very quiet and quaint.

Blue condo review

This property was all I hoped for and more! It was exceedingly clean and very well stocked with everything needed. Loved the luxurious towels! It is located close to Downtown and an easy drive to numerous restaurants, breweries and shopping. It is also a quick drive to the airport and was easy to get to Colorado National Monument, our vacation hiking destination. I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed here for over 2 weeks with my daughter while she recovered from surgery. Decor was so cute that I took pictures for future ideas for my own place. At the intersection of 2 main streets, but I found this convenient not so busy that it kept us up at night. Only issue was the dishwasher, which I'm sure Wendy has had fixed. Don't let the outside fool you...

A bit "meh" when you pull up, but don't let that fool you. The owner did a lovely job with the space. There was a nice coffee maker, selections of coffee (I'm sure there was tea too, but I'm a coffee lover, so I didn't pay close attention), and a well stocked kitchen. I also appreciated that the owner put together a notebook that gave information about the unit.
