Room was clean but the toilet was not working. Maintenance addressed the issue and was a partial fix. The next day it wasn't working again. I asked check out clerk to perhaps adjust our rate for our inconvenience and was told only his manager could assist. Not an acceptable answer. I won't be staying there again.

We got there and realized that we were being up charged almost $200 because there were different events in the town that weekend - the clerk admitted this as the reason for the tripling of the cost for the night. The next several days, however, the stay went back down to a normal rate but we had no options and had to keep the reservation and they knew it!

Very friendly clerk at check in. Gave us great information about things to do and see close by. We are just traveling through to see Moab, otherwise we may have stayed an extra night to take advantage of what the area has to offer. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely choose this Comfort Inn again.
