Room had stale tobacco smell. Carpet and sofa stained. Tears on the desk chair. All furniture needed replaced. Toilet handle broken, had to remove tank cover and pull chain to flush. Ceiling vent in bathroom filthy. Cannot believe a national chain would allow a room in this condition to be available to rent. I was looking for modestly price room to catch my 5am flight. I guess I got what I paid for.

Everything was dirty, nothing worked and looked like it hasnt worked in months (ice machine, pool, spa, hair dryer, etc). This is more of a place that have people living there and is super sketchy.

Complete white trash/ghetto facility. Illegal drugs being consumed in the parking lot. Construction made it difficult to get into facility. Room had popcorn ceiling texture with spider webs all over. Room had the odor of dog droppings, that looked like they scattered powdered laundry detergent over to mask the smell. Spiders watching you shower. Mini fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned out for months. All around TERRIBLE experience. I didn’t even stay the night because of the unknown creatures in the bed. Went down the road and found different accommodations.

Worst conditions i have ever stayed in. Room 207 blood stains other stains on bed, stains all over floors and couch, black pubic hair and straight hair in tub, room not cleaned. Supposed to refund one day on condition to stay in room they would not change my room. They also DID NOT REFUND my stay like they said!!! Other people were stating how bad their rooms were. No one wanted to shower or stay there. Continental breakfast was bagles, 2 kinds of unknown cereal, and frozen saugage egg biscuits you cook yourself... i have lots of photos of dirtiness there was food wrapping and other stuff under the bed you can tell been there for months. Something exploded in freezer and left the stain in a freezer full of 4" of frost buildup. Worst experience ever.... For some reason this site will not let me add my 8 photos....

The two front desk kept holding my credit card for more than 5 minutes and they weren’t speaking English and I wasn’t comfortable as my concern that they trying to steal my credit card info. They also forgot to return my ID driver license until I to told them. The room only have one small and one big towel. That’s it. The Kleenex box was empty and wasn’t stocked for new patron. In the morning about 9 am, they knocked on rooms and asked when are you checking out. Check out time always at 11 and they want the patrons to check out sooner. This is the first time I encounter this. Hopefully this review can make them respect their patrons and improve their services. When I get home, I’ll check my credit card statement to make sure nothing out of what I didn’t purchase.

The bathtub was not clean. The chair in the room looked like it came from a dump. The shower dial was broken but i got it to work. The tv got one channel. The air conditioner was filthy.

When I checked in the people were very rude and could barely speak English. And the breakfast was horrible. There was nothing to choose from and it didn't look anything like the picture.

They were horrible all the way around. Believe it or not they only wanted to provide 1 tbath towel. They literally came to my door and demanded i give the extra towels i took off the housekeeper kart. We demanded our money back and went next door to ville 718. This is the 3rd time we booked a wynn property to end up with a staff of ignorant, cheap and fleabag 3rd world cesspool treatment.

It was a last minute stay on a long road trip but it was barely adequate. Very dirty. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty. Bathroom walls and shower were dirty and gross. Front desk person was super but we would not stay there again. For the price, it would be better to sleep in the car.

The bathroom needs updated. Very old and not very appealing to use the shower. The carpet had stains on it. There weren’t additional blankets in the room. We went to have continental breakfast and there were no coffee cups. We had to use juice cups which were very hot to handle. I asked for different cups and they didn’t have any! There was very little choice at the breakfast. Very little concern for service!
