Worst hotel

The place was dirty. There was very limited options for breakfast. I saw people walk in and leave after seeing there was pretty much only coffee. The bathrooms in the breakfast area was filthy. When we asked for an extra hand towel and wash rag they refused and said we only get what in the room for our entire stay. When the maintenance guy was power washing the outside of the rooms he was pushing water under the door.

We actually waited 4 hours for staff to come and bring towels and clean bedding and when we went to the office a 4th time, I was told that they had been too busy to get us our towels and bedding. WE LEFT AND WENT TO ANOTHER MOTEL. We were treated badly by management, and were told by other customers that the condition of the room was due to the cleaning staff quitting due to issues with management.

shower was disgustingly dirty. the toilet flushing was not functioning properly. i believe there are actual people living at the property as full time tenants. no one at the front desk for at least 10 minutes when i came to check in at 5pm

I’m surprised Windam put their name on this property. It’s in poor, unkept condition. The breakfast was cereal, oatmeal and a banana.

Started off with my room being wrong. Check in took forever, stood at front desk for 10 mins before anyone came. Then the gentleman seemed like he had no idea of anything going on, didn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand him. Then went to the room, to find filthy bathroom looking like it hadn’t been clean. Sheets and top cover stained up or no clean. No shampoo or soap to shower with.

It was ok. When I checked in, I waited for more than five minutes before someone came. When he gave me the keys he said thanks then left didn't give me any directions of where to go. The room was on the back side of the building so it took me a minute to find it. The room was good. The guests next door seem to be living there. They were loud until around 1:00 am. I think I won't go there again.

Days inn = Bare Minimum inn

Our experience at this DAYS INN was awful from them first moment we drove into the dirty parking lot till we checked out the next morning. The man who checked us in was busy on two phones, barely spoke to us during the check in. Said our room number out loud in the lobby. The room was absolutely filthy and not stocked. We had to call for toilet paper and bath towels. Several minutes later a man came to our door with toilet paper and hand towels, not bath towels. We explained we wanted to take a shower, these would not work. We were informed they did not have any towels. After accompanying him to the laundry room, it was discovered there were plenty of towels, they just hadn’t been folded. It was midnight! Upon check out i asked for the managers name, as it was not posted. I got his name with the intent of calling the corporate office with my numerous complaints. The new owner called us after we left and apologized for our bad stay. But did not offer to give us a discount or a free stay. I hope they can find a way to fix this… truly the worst stay we’ve ever had.
