An amazing property with all the amenities you could want. Bathroom products, were above and beyond. Muffin mixes, snacks,coffees, teas were plentiful. The property was decorated for Christmas with a tree and lights to make it feel like home. Highly recommend this property and the hosts!!! Love love love.

If i could give 10 stars i would. This home is spectacular. Brand new, immaculate, expertly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Tom was a great communicator and made our stay so comfortable with snacks, baking supplies, even lotion and shampoo. Oh and that master bath shower was awesome!!!!I dont think ive ever been ao pleased with a vrbo stay!

Centrally located and very well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need including snacks and coffee. The beds and furniture is very comfortable. We liked it so much, we plan to stay again in September.

Everything that we expected and much more!

The house is beautiful! Located in a wonderful neighborhood that is close to the main street area of Grand Junction. There are so many great places to go and see that are just a few minutes away. Tom, is a wonderful host. The communication was perfect and there was everything you could think of in the house to make it a perfect stay. We plan on visiting the area again and we will definitely try and make reservations here again. If we could give more tgan 5 stars, we would!!!!!

It was a very VERY nice place an close to everything we were doing. I have stayed a several VRBO's and this one tops them all. There were so many little things that were done and available right in the house. We all were amazing at the detail that Tom goes through to get the house ready for guest. We were thoroughly impressed! Excellent place to stay and we bragging our accomnodations to about all 300 people that we danced with at our State Square Dance Festival!

Excellent property!! I can’t say enough positive things about this unit. The host was great. He included a number of “extras” with this property, such as welcome gift, muffin fixings, snack basket and much more. The location was perfect being just a few blocks from downtown. I would rent this unit again in a heart beat if I was in Grand Junction

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

We were thrilled and SO pleased with this unit! The Host/Owner had thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay perfect! From the comfort, cleanliness, beautiful kitchen, furnishings, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, shower with multiple jets to the perfect deck to enjoy the weather and have a glass of wine looking at the sunset to ALL OF THE AMENITIES this unit had! We loved the games too that were provided. I cannot say enough as it was truly the BEST place we have stayed at!
