Western Slope Cozy Cottage - kotona poissa kotoa

Kaunis mökki on valmis ja sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla tutkimaan kaikkia Grand Junction -alueen tarjoamia kohteita. Tämä rentouttava tila on täysin varustettu toimimisen perustaksi kaupungissa ollessasi. Olemme sijaitsee aivan Hwy I-70: n päässä, 3 km: n päässä GJ: n alueellisesta lentokentästä ja Colorado Mesan yliopistosta; 2. 5 mailia VA Medical Centeriin; 11 kilometriä Mt. Karvinen; 18 mailin CO-kansallismonumentti; 58 kilometriä kohteeseen Powderhorn Mt. Lomakeskus @ Grand Mesa.

Kotimme on valmistettu ja varustettu palvelemaan mukavasti neljää henkilöä.

Tämä on kotimme 4-6 kertaa vuodessa käydessäsi Grand-lapsessa ja perheessämme, joka asuu Grand Junctionissa, joten olemme rakkaudella uusineet tilan ja ylpeitä avaamalla majoitusta sinulle ja perheellesi nauttimaan niin paljon kuin me teemme.

Pysäköinti on mahdollista kahdelle autolle ja ainoat lupapaikat sijaitsevat etuoven suuntaisesti. Älä pysäköi muualle omaisuutta, koska se on yhteinen servit.

Kalusteet ovat kaikki uusia. Sisustus on eklektinen-länsimainen. Sängyt ovat ihastuttavan unenomaisia ja mukavia. Ilmastointi ja uuni on kaikki päivitetty ja automatisoitu (NEST) pitämään sinut viihtyisäksi ulkolämpötilasta riippumatta.

Puhtaus on kokemuksemme keskittyminen ykkönen ja saavutamme tämän käyttämällä standardini mukaista ammattitaitoista palvelua.

Siellä on täydellinen keittiö, varustettu kaikilla aterioiden valmistamiseen tarvittavilla laitteilla, ja pinottava pesukone / kuivausrumpu, jos sinun on tehtävä kuorma ennen kuin lähdet ulos.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Cross Orchards Historic Site. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Convenient and cozy

We were in town for 5 nights for an event at Cameo. This was perfectly located near 70 Business for easy access to the highway or a short hop to the downtown restaurants. The property was clean and check out was easy-peasy. No issues during our stay and would go back again.

Great home base for our stay

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from college - most relatives were at hotels but it was nice to have a place with a kitchen and a couch to chill together with our kids in between events. It’s a bit in the commercial area, but inside is very quaint and the white noise makers and black out curtains made sleep peaceful and cozy.

This was our third visit, and once again, everything exceeded expectations. The cottage is consistently clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The property lived up to its name—Cozy Cottage! The decor was very welcoming, and I had everything I needed. It is right on the street, but there is plenty of parking right in front of the cottage, and it was super easy to get in and out. The hosts reached out multiple times to make sure I was settled in and to see if I needed anything. It was the perfect home base!

Great stay

I came with two kiddos- a teen and 1yo. Very well Organized. Check in and check out was very easy and self. Serve with a key. We had a small little hiccup with the heat in one of the bedrooms and they provided a space heater that same day very quickly! The towels are so soft and fluffy. There IS a pack n play also there to use.

I stayed at this cottage back in November last year and fell in love with it. The space is comfortable, cosy, and offers everything you would need for a stay. Everything is within such easy driving distance too. This will always be my first choice for somewhere to stay in Grand Junction.

Lovely Home

Comfortable home with enough space for my Mum and I. Had everything we needed. It is on a busy road with some road noise but not enough to be an issue for us. Great location with lots of places to eat within a mile or less. Will stay here again. Thanks Mike and Joni!

Great place, great owner communication

Great place! It was exactly what I needed and location was perfect. Everything was smooth but I had a personal challenge upon check out and property owner could not reach me. My phone was damaged and I couldn’t check out on time. He was amazing about everything and I never gave him a proper thank you!!! Thank you for everything hopefully I will go back there next year.

Perfect location for my needs. Easy check in process. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this one was exceptionally clean! Well equipped, and decorated nicely. Included coffee service which was a well enjoyed perk!

Attentive to details!

The cottage was cozy for us and our 2 adult daughters. The sofa bed mattress was the MOST comfortable pull out mattress we have ever seen. We usually don't put too much hope in those and it was amazing! The location was ideal for us to explore Grand Mesa, Palisade, and the Monument. The 4 stars for the neighborhood was walkability & road noise. This would have been a bigger issue possibly at a different time of the year, but because it was 100+ temps each day we tended to stay inside when we returned from our days' activities. :) The price was great and the hosts are thoughtful. I really appreciated the communication and attention to details. (Having some spices in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, and shampoo, etc. in the bathroom makes it convenient for travelers!) Mike checked in throughout the week making sure everything was ok. We are thankful for a good week with our daughters.

Base camp

It was very clean, very easy check in and a great location for the West side of Colorado areas of interest. So if your looking to see Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, Telluride etc this is a good base camo location. As for the the 4 stars neighborhood that was because it can be quite nosey with the vehicles passing by in the main road. After around 10 pm it seems to quite down. I would recommend this this place as a great place to stay. Thank you and for the hospitality.

Quaint

We visited GJT for our grandsons graduation. We were in and out as family lives in Fruita. We enjoyed our 2 youngest grandchildren hanging out for a overnight. Everything you need. Far better than a hotel. Only suggestion bring your pillows. The main bedroom pillows were not very comfortable. We did find 2 in the 2nd bedroom closet and slept better. Zero complaints. Close to everything as GJT is just down the hyw.

My mother & I came for a week to be there for my grandson’s, her great grandson’s, first birthday. Your home was conveniently located just a few blocks from my son’s place & not far from restaurants and everything else we needed. Peaceful and Relaxing

We loved staying here! It was a nice quiet atmosphere where you could just relax after a day of hiking/exploring. The owner was awesome at checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!
