This cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a king bed and two twin-over-queen bunk beds in the primary bedroom, and a queen bed in the second bedroom, offering plenty of space for everyone. During the summer months, Sun Valley is a haven for moose! Enjoy waking up to the fresh mountain air, sip your morning coffee on the deck, and spend your days exploring Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park (under a 5-minute drive from the home), and nearby hiking trails.

* This home is located in the fire zone from the East Troublesome Fire in 2020, which took most of the homes in Sun Valley. The area is rebuilding, but large portions of our trees are sadly gone. The spirit of Grand Lake is strong, and the recovery process is well under way! The vegetation is returning, and we continue to recover and tell our story of surviving the 2nd largest wildfire in US history*

- **Because of the remote mountain location and proximity to the wilderness, there is higher iron content in
the water, which can leave an orange residue. It is safe but not everyone is accustomed to it. We do recommend purchasing bottled water for your visit.
