Front desk was so nice. Great service. The room had a bad smell and the tables and furniture were worn. Lots of messy maintenance attempts. Theres potential here, decent looking rooms and kitchen if you look past the details, wear and smell

Best customer service ever!

I work in the hospitality industry as a guest service agent (aka front desk) so I appreciate anyone working the same job! I just want to say, Shante was literally one of the BEST most professional, kind, and supportive agent I’ve ever met! My stay was delayed by 2 hours, and Shante made sure my, also beyond amazing, shuttle driver Justin. Never did I feel like a pain or that I was putting them how! The hotel itself needs to put down some boundaries I.e excessive marijuana smoking, folks fighting at all hours of the night, but Shante made my night! Honestly, all front desk staff was wonderful! I’d definitely stay here again because of them! ❤️
