The Elevator did not work and we had a bunch of luggage to carry up. Then we get to the room and it was kinda dirty , freezing cold and the remote to the tv had no batteries. They did eventually being batteries up for us.

Absolutely terrible. 6 nights and they never cleaned the room. Garbage overflowing outside for 6 days. Security doors left unlocked. Stained towels. Ripped sheets. When asked for more towels they constantly told me they were in washer or dryer. Asked multiple times. Never anyone at desk. Had to search for someone. Even had to ask for toilet paper.

When we first got there it was great. Friendly staff and “clean” room. It is a pet welcome hotel which is why we chose it. But I was appalled at every time I went outside with my two little dogs there was ALWAYS dog poop right there! I first cannot believe others do not clean up after their dogs! Second, that the hotel never seemed to care because it was always there. GROSS. THEN on our morning we were packing to go, in the bathroom was a HUGE ROACH! We will not be coming back.

We were on the first floor, and the curtains did not have any way to close them. So the parking lot lights show all night directly into our room. The first room they gave us keys twice would not work. So they switched rooms and those keys did work. The beds were not comfortable at all. We would not stay there again.

Noisy a car running all night outside my window with reving the engine every 20-25 minutes, upstairs people slamming doors Had issues with the room heater which did not work great half of it blew cold air while also blowing warm in the center I have stayed here before and this is the first with annoying issues

We stayed November 15th and 16th. It was a Saturday and Sunday and both days there was hardly any food for the breakfast. No milk, No juice, no eggs or sausage nothing.
