Get what you pay for

Initially checked in and was given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned yet. They did switch it right away. Rooms are in very very poor condition. Thankfully we just needed somewhere to sleep and it was a short distance from the venue we were attending. It’s for sure a get what you pay for situation.

Overall, a nice place to stay for the price. Pool was kind of a let down and too cold for my personal taste. Inconvenient location on the 5th floor also lol. Room was nice, very clean with a great comfy bed. Biggest complaint was not the hotel's fault, was it was listed as having a hot tub with a photo to match. They do not have a hot tub!! One of the main reasons i booked this stay.....

Don’t stay here disgusting!

There was red botches and drips all over room along with handprint on bed frame. It looked like a murder scene. Brown patches on carpet all over room and marks on bed. Hall covered in marks like a flood. Came and left got our money back. Management says repairs coming in winter they just bought should be closed until Spring 2026 at the least.

Very disappointing stay

After check in we informed the desk that there was not a flat sheet on our bed nor was there any toilet paper. They did not have a sheet to give us but did give us toilet paper. The bathtub was filthy, toilet seat broken, bathroom drain was plugged. Was told out of this would be taken care of before we returned that night. It was not. We've stayed at this place many times over the years but this is probably our last.

Carpets in rooms were completely stained and dirty. Pool was dirty, hair in it and bugs floating. Outside was run down, inside lobby was nice, beds seemed clean but everything else was dirty and seemed to be in bad area. We felt so uncomfortable and disgusted with cleanliness that we checked out 20 mins after checking in.

This place needs a rehab!

Bed was comfortable, the pillows are a joke. Room was run down and dirty. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Sink was being held up with 2x2's. Bathtub was moldy, caulk looked like a 5 year old did it. The tub itself was painted at some point and was peeling. Room had a faint cigarette smoke smell.

This place should not be operating. Zero working ice machines on any of the floors. Black mold all over the pool floor walls. Carpet has stains everywhere. Pull out couch mattress was repulsive.. I could go on and on. TV not working, phone is broke, not even plugged into outlet. God forbid an issue should occur.

Worst hotel ever!

First of all, the hot tub was broken, but that turned out to be the least of the issues with this place. Went into the room, and one of the beds had dirty sheets/comforter. I answered the automated text asking for clean bedding, and got no response. So I went to the desk to inquire and was told it would be addressed. I went out for a few hours and when I returned, still no clean bedding. Went back to the desk, and she "found" some bedding, handed it to me, and asked if I could bring the dirty bedding to her when I was done changing it. The bathroom was gross, falling apart, and smelled of mold. There was pee on the bottom of the toilet (near the floor). The chair, at the desk, looked like they garbage picked it. It was peeling and falling apart. Every ice machine was broken. I was so very disappointed, as I don't get to go away for the weekend too often. It became comical how bad everything was. It cost $122 to stay on a Saturday night. The right thing to do would be to apologize to me and issue me a voucher for a future stay, (at another location, of course). I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!

We didnt even stay in our hotel. It was a drug infested place. And it didn't look safe for my family.So we didn't even go in the building. We thought it was abandoned at first.

It was noisy we heard neighbors super clear just like they were in our room. The bed and sink counter were clean, toilet is new, but the carpet stained and the tub has water mark. Breakfast selection is limited. The lawn around the property is dirty. I smell weed in midnight and the parking lot too. Not recommended.

There is an out door area that looked like it was for guests but once you enter you get locked in courtyard with no way out . I got stuck in courtyard for a long while knocking on door till another guest saw me and finally opened door. I did not realize you were not suppose to enter as there were no signs and let did not work to let myself in

Wasn't the worst but wouldn't stay again.

This hotel is definitely a get what you pay for type of place. It's sketchy from the oustide, hot on the inside and generally just a bit run down. The lobby looks nice and the location was what we needed so on that point, it was nice. But we did not have a shower curtain and when we requested another they were unable to bring us one bc the person who was able to get it, was in Chicago and wouldnt be back until 2am. I dont fault the lovely woman who was just as confused as we were but it was frustratingg as we had been traveling all day. We were supposed to get one brought up to us in the morning and either we missed their knock or they got held up. We also had half used toiletries left in our bathroom for us. Overall, it wasn't the worst hotel experience.. the beds were comfy, the ac in our room worked well and the staff were very pleasant to talk to! However, I would personally book elsewhere in the future.
