We spent a night at the Sonesta Hotel Grand Rapids Airport as we had an event with our family during the holidays. The staff at the front desk was amazing. We purchased the made-to-order breakfast. Honestly, didn't know bacon, eggs, home fries and toast could be SOOO GOOD!? But - there weren't really healthy options... Our room was clean and the bathroom updated, but the heating unit was old, so it was quite cold - or hot - depending. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It was a much better value than other hotels in the area. It was well worth the rate.

In the middle of everything, so walking distance for food, shopping, movies, and fun! It is a lot of traffic, but it didn’t bother us. Pool is nice, but sad the slide was closed - kids still had fun! Staff was amazing with our only concern and immediately rectified it. Staff also made the kids feel very welcomed.
