I had booked a room in a king size room and received a double instead. The staff was kind and apologized and I thought I would give it more of a chance. However, when I got to the room it reeked of mildew and was very worn down. The chairs were shedding leather and the iron board was falling apart. The bathtub was clogged and filled to the top while I showered and the bathtub was worn down. Also, as a solo traveler, I felt unsafe when the bedroom had a sketchy connecting door. It had a flimsy sliding lock and a button door lock. I was so uncomfortable with the door in the room. Overall, they really need to update their rooms and renovate.

Wonderful - price, comfort, cleanliness, service - ALL top notch. Couple of minor problems with the room (sliding bathroom door heavy & difficult to close as well as the design didn’t allow for appropriate privacy. Also the entry door did not open all the way. These problems were carefully & appreciatively noted by customer service. desk). Overall a wonderful stay. Will definitely return on our next trip to the area!

Couples weekend turned wrong

First we did not receive the King Bed room I reserved. They stated the third party online sites overbooked them even though I went online to their own site and it showed they had 5 King rooms available. So we ended up with 2 queens (this is a kid free trip) that had a pool view and was woken up by kids swimming on the morning. Came back to 2 free breakfast passes under our door, due to many allergies, we did not use them nor did we ask for them. Shower kept getting cold quickly. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot had lots of potholes. It does have a cook pool setup with a slide for kids though.

Booked same day. Did not feel safe in this area. Lobby was nice and deceiving. Room was dark. Hair in shower. Large crack in ceiling. Bed seemed clean but didn’t pull back bedding. Front desk lady was very nice. Market has alcohol. Room smelled ok when arriving, left and came back an hour later and it reeked of marijuana. Door bolt did not work which made us feel even more uneasy.
