We reserved an accessible room. When we checked in, there was none available - that all the others had checked in earlier. Yet, when I called early in the day to ask when we could check in, we were told not until 4. We arrived at 4. How did everyone else check in early, then? I passed up other hotels that were a better location for my plans, and less expensive, in favor of booking with you because of the choice of mobility accessibility. Then I did not get what I reserved.

Picked a Hilton as I thought this would a be a clean good place to stay and mostly all that was good, just the room and hotel in some real need of some renovations, damage drywall, pealing wall paper, damaged baseboards. Looks like staff is doing their job, however ownership not doing theirs.

The room was great and the property was beautiful. There was a little people convention going on or something which is totally fine, but the little people were arguing and fighting all night long. My nine-year-old granddaughter had to listen to the cussing, screaming, etc. from 12:00-2:00 in the morning. Whoever was in room 232 had a huge issue and someone needed to address it!

The AC was loud, especilly while trying to sleep. The bathroom had no space as well as no fan so while trying to get of shower the floor was slick and made it easy to slip and fall
