Checking in was easy and we were greeted by a very friendly person. The main area was clean and overall felt very comfortable. The room was very clean and a good size (2 queen beds). Loved that they had a full refrigerator. Walking to restaurants, a movie theater, and Meijer store. Our stay was wonderful. There was some noise from above us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was huge! Such a nice layout. Bright and airy. All of the staff that we came into contact with was very friendly and inviting. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit to Grand Rapids.

Great Stay

Had a great stay. Breakfast was very good. Bed could have been more comfortable and HVAC system doesn’t have a feature where you can run just the fan all night. It only runs when heating or cooling.

Hilton needs to do some work

There was no heat in our room. We had to change rooms and didn’t get to bed until midnight. The hotel could not compensate us at all for this issue, and directed us back to hotels.com. We are concerned that nothing will come of this. Hilton needs to know that it is their reputation that is on the line.
