Mini fridge had leftovers and milk from prior guest, found balloon remnants and trash behind tv stand and under ac unit. Toilet seat was loose and constantly running.
Cannot complain about the no frills, eco friendly room. But……there was no soap in the pump dispenser in the shower (not good) also, there were many awakening noises throughout the night. Possibly the hvac system??
Our room looked like it had been updated, the elevator was rough and our bathroom needed some work. There was damage to our car by kids who were staying long term. The cameras in the lot don’t work so we cannot even get info our insurance. A moderately cheap stay will now cost us more with our ins deductible to get our car fixed.

Upon checking in, we were given 2 room keys. Both did not work and the front desk told us we would have to ask them to be let into our room. Very inconvenient and we were told we couldn't use our phone as a key either. There was no ice bucket or floor mat in the room. Breakfast was mediocre.
You could tell right away that this property had been remodeled last Fall. Everything was very nice! Place was very quiet too, which is always good. Comfy King bed and updated bathroom, what else could you ask for.
It was just ok. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Carpet in the rooms appeared brand new..carpet in the hallway was terrible. Something wrong with the elevator, it was running terribly. Pool was clean.
We had a nice stay. The only complaint we had was access to coffee. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, so you are required to go to the lobby for coffee. That wouldn't have been a big problem, but when my wife went down there to get coffee, the machine was out. She waited 20 minutes for somebody to bring more and it never came. She came back to our room and we both went down 10 minutes later. Still no coffee. About 5 minutes later the coffee came and there were several people waiting for it. So, it emptied out pretty quick. When I wanted a 2nd cup, it was gone. I wasn't going to wait around for the next batch, since it took so long. There should have been another batch made to replace seamlessly. Hopefully, if we stay there again they will have that problem resolved.
Room was large and comfortable. Great bed and pillows, which is a huge thing for me. Steven was great with check in and knowledge of everything they offer. A+ which is unusual I thing.
