I travel a lot for school, and this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. My room was very clean with new appliances. Very friendly staff that coached me, a San Diegan that’s never driven in the snow, on how to drive in the mess of a snowstorm they had hit.

The experience was terrible, the heater was broke in the room. The thermostat wouldn’t go above 65. They had no maintenance to fix it. We put the sign out to clean our room and they didn’t clean it. The entire stay. The room was extremely dirty, and there was tape from a previous Resident left on the walls. The fan in the bathroom squealed went on. They didnt have coffee 2 out of 4 days in the morning.

I did not even stay. The hotel was gross and majorly misrepresented online. Dirty room, the curtain looked like someone took scissors to it. The clientele looked like they got out jail. I didn’t feel safe so I left!

The only issue was the toilet wasting water and running the whole time. Had to shut the door to avoid listening. Tried to fix it but it was a bad float valve. room 101. The morning I was to leave, I needed a window scraper in the morning, as it had snowed crustily on my rental vehicle. The front desk did not have one but the attendant gladly offered to retrieve one from their car. While they were gone, I discovered the rental had one. The attendant is very thoughtful. I should have food harder!

High touch factor hotel. Clean rooms, laid out nicely. Nice lobby. Morning coffee. The elevator is not so great. It needs some TLC cosmetically and mechanically. Location is good if you have transportation.

The room was clean and comfortable. Greeted by a very friendly front desk person Bobbi Jo I think her name was. Was nice to have fruit and muffins for breakfast. We didn't spend much time in the room but would definitely stay again should we be back in the area.
