I thought the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Our family loved it that the pool was open late and the breakfast was available until 10. The single negative thing was the crowd gathered outside after dark at the picnic/seating area. They were loud and intimidating and trashed the entire area with cigarette butts and food wrappers, bottles. I felt there was not enough staff to confront/control this group .

Should Have Started At Holliday Inn

Stayed three days, no room service. Had to go to front desk for towels and TP. No coffee in room, first day no cream for coffee. Breakfast offering were very poor, we ate out. Had to ring bell at front desk to get attention of attendant.

Disgusting. The musty odor in our room was almost unbearable. We were on the first floor and there were a half dozen big holes in the privacy curtain. I asked for a replacement and was told there wasn't one available. Then there was hardly any food available at breakfast. Surprised that Hilton puts their name on this sorry place.

This hotel was not clean. They had beetles on the coffee stand. The sheets had an old red stain probably from some type of blood which is gross and unsanitary. The breakfast was lacking just some cereal and bagels and minimal fruit (not well stocked either)! After complaining when things went wrong to the front desk they called manager and said I’d get a refund I never heard anything about that and had to reach out myself days later.

Overall was a pleasant stay, the bed was comfortable, however the room was not fully cleaned (hair on wall and in shower). Breakfast was disappointing and was not refilled when containers were emptied.

Property was ok. It appears they are working on updating. No ice bucket in room, coffee ran out fairly early. Breakfast was very limited. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioner was causing the carpet to be wet.
