Room was clean except the mildew in the shower. Taking a shower this morning only to find the body wash dispenser empty and had to wash with shampoo instead. The balcony was covered in spider webs and leaves, so we couldn’t enjoy it. The room was cold and damp. The thermostat in room are non-functional. Everything in the hotel is on 1 system controlled by staff. The shrubbery was overgrown and made it hard to traverse from the lobby to handicap parking without walking on the driveway, which had trash and food smashed on it. The staff was polite, and professional. The lobby and conference areas were immaculate.

The only reason I didn’t give excellent marks is because of a sensitive topic. The personal Hygiene of the cleaning staff needs to be addressed. Unfortunately the body odor was very lingering even after they left the room or hallways. I know this is a personal issue but it was quite unpleasant.

Everything was good. Air conditioner was a little loud but kept the room cool which was good. The bench in front of the tv was very conveinant. All in all everything was good. Great place to stay and would recommend to anyone!

Nice hotel with a nice pool area loved the lower ground room with walk out patio. We played dice and cards outside on one of the tables loved the outside area it was pretty, lots of light, nice tables and chairs.

Great hotel with a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool area. I was disappointed the Tiki Bar was only open on the weekends as we stayed during the week and left Saturday morning. The landscaping was not great, plants were dead and in need of replacement. The bathroom inside the pool area didn't close properly and wouldnt lock. The balcony attached to our room had beer caps left so it wasnt checked or cleaned before our stay. All in all it was a nice hotel and the location was convenient and close to shopping/restaurants. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant.
