The hotel is relatively new but there is no business center so it is impossible to use a printer. The front desk only opens during their business hours and it took a while to reach the staff over the phone outside the business hours. Presumably smoking is not allowed in the hotel but the 1st floor smelled like pot. Apparently the soundproofing of the rooms was problematic and it wasn’t very pleasant to hear all kinds of noise from neighbors of the door and one floor above, including conversations, ringing of phones, TVs, and running of kids.

The room smelt like they haven’t cleaned it. Looks like they just throw the stuff on the bed and called it a day. Definitely don’t recommend it

No coffee in rooms had to go down to lobby and only certain times. Because it was weekend no cleaning crew. Needed towels and again had to bring down our dirty towels before we could get clean ones. No ice machines. It was just alot of inconveniences and elevator was slow as molasses. On a good note the room was spotless.
