Two Bedroom Bayside Condo

This beautifully updated lakefront unit offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a fully stocked kitchen, new floors, countertops, furniture, and a spacious screened-in porch that serves as a second living area with comfortable seating and dining options. From the porch, you’ll enjoy treehouse-like views of the lake and surrounding landscape, while the inviting main living area features two recliners, a new couch, a dining/game table, an electric fireplace, and a cabinet filled with books, puzzles, and games. The loft bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, cozy reading corner, and a desk with second-story lake views, while the downstairs bedroom has two full-size beds, smart bedside lamps with USB ports, and direct access to the bathroom and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs (please note: no pullout sofa). The cheerful kitchen has been refreshed with new countertops, refrigerator, sink, and painted cabinets, making it a bright space to cook, pour a glass of wine, or start the day with coffee. Conveniently close to an outdoor pool, boat rentals, and more, this no-smoking, no-pets unit provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay, though guests with allergies should note that while the property is thoroughly cleaned, the owner is a pet owner and the unit may not be completely free of allergens or dander.

Christmas getaway!

Brought our adult children for an overnight stay to see the lights at Patti's and explore the area. Then played cards until the morning hours. The cabin was perfect for our needs and great location!!

I would love to see higher toilets and hand held shower heads. Also the table to eat on inside is only big enough for two. Other than that the property was great.

Girls trip

We love the condo we stayed in. Super cute and right on the water. If it had been a warmer tone of year- we absolutely would have e joyed the deck overlooking the lake. The only trouble we had was finding the condo office to check in. There was no map sent out before our arrival to show where it was and there ended being several different locations for each group of condos, we asked a nearby guest and they were gracious enough to share their map and point us in the right direction. After that, everything was smooth sailing!

We spent a lot of time out there even though it was very cold. We recommend grabbing lunch or dinner at the Thirsty Turtle. The food was really good with a fun atmosphere. We also walked around the little town where Patti's is located. It's beautiful this time of year with Christmas lights everywhere. We will stay here again!!

It was nicely furnished and the screened in porch overlooking Lake Barkley was the beat for morning coffee and evening happy hours. The Master Bedroom Loft did have a firm mattress with firm pillows. While it was too firm for me, it wasn't for another peraon so we swapped rooms. If you prefer softer pillows I would bring your own. I hope this unit is available next time I'm in Lake Barkley area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

First, my back is a wreck and the loft bed is one of the few I’ve encountered while traveling that don’t require 15 minutes of stretching every morning, allowing me to simply get up and go. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, furniture was all comfortable, and the whole place was clean and well laid out for our family of 4. My only nit to pick is that any noise downstairs sounds like it is right next to you if you are in the loft.

Great resort for families

Reviewer Comments: I'd love to give this a 5 star rating, but unfortunately when I arrived to check in, I learned that they had cancelled my reservation and booked the condo for another guest. Because of that we ended up in a much more out-dated condo. I'm very pick about where I stay and the view was really important as well. We were not refunded any money and were told we had to pay the same amount for the lesser condo because prices are set by number of bedrooms, and not the quality of the condo.We enjoyed our time there, and the location was pretty good. But the view was skewed by trees and there wasn't much privacy from your neighbor when you sat outside. The outdoor furniture was worn and had holes in it so it made it hard to sit in as well. The sleeper sofa was extremely dated and uncomfortable (luckily it was just my 13 year old sleeping on it and he didn't mind). I hate to complain because it's a great resort, but there were some books issues that made the stay not as good. We will definitely revisit Green Turtle Bay but will choose a different condo (and will keep our fingers crossed that it works out!).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the look of the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. However the first night there the tap water had a very strong sulphur smell. Possibly due to this being the first use of the season? By Saturday evening the smell was gone. The deck was also not in very good repair. Had to wear shoes on it due to the railheads jutting up through the wood and pealing paint/splinters. Fortunately we only had one vehicle as parking could be a problem.
