It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. Step out onto the furnished charming balcony, seamlessly connecting the homely living room and the inviting bedroom, where you can savour breathtaking views and bask in the gentle breeze.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Tróia Peninsula neighbourhood is a beautiful coastal region in Portugal known for its pristine beaches, breathtaking natural landscapes, and luxurious resorts. Situated on a peninsula between the Sado Estuary and the Atlantic Ocean, this neighbourhood offers a serene and idyllic setting for relaxation and outdoor activities. The Tróia Peninsula is famous for its golden sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and dunes, making it a paradise for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. Nature enthusiasts can explore the surrounding protected areas and observe the diverse wildlife, including dolphins and birds. Additionally, the neighbourhood is home to world-class golf courses, marinas, and a casino, providing plenty of entertainment options. With its stunning beauty and range of amenities, the Tróia Peninsula neighbourhood offers an unforgettable experience for visitors and residents alike.

The property is easily accessible only by car.

Humberto Delgado Airport is 1 hour and a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
