The outlet between the beds was malfunctioning and clicked every 3 seconds the entire night we had to put white noise on in order to go to sleep, when I texted the front desk their response was oh sorry to hear that. The only mirror in the room was the bathroom There was no access to tv hubs and the tv and cable seem to be from the early 2000s

My stay at the Holiday Inn was disappointing overall. The only positive was that it was a convenient distance from my destination. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience less than satisfactory. The outlets in the room were very loose, making them difficult to use consistently. The hot tub was out of order with no signage or prior notice to guests, which was frustrating. Additionally, breakfast was very underwhelming. We were charged $15 per person for the same basic items that are typically included in a free continental buffet, and the food quality was not great. For the price, I expected better upkeep, clearer communication, and more value for the amenities advertised.

Amazing staff!

We knew the hotel was under construction before we arrived and honestly, it wasn’t too bad. Our room was really clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing and it was conveniently located to Hershey Park. All in all, a great experience and would definitely stay here again
