Poor service from front desk personnel. Did not uphold payment for a room not facing the highway, which was too loud, and charged more than they said it would to move us to the other side. I felt not wanted/discriminated upon and else.

Travelled on business on 3/26/25, booked room thru hotels.com at about 11pm for that day. Multiple error messages not sure if hotel’s problem or hotels.com. Attempt twice same errors, tried another hotel and reservation went thru. As I arrived at the other hotel looked at my phone and I had 3 bookings. 2 at Best Western and one at the holiday inn. Got charged for all, and since I booked past the cancellation period no refund. Will never go to Best Western again or use hotels.com again. And multiple attempts to rectify situation.

It's 4:10 am Sunday 3/30/2025 & I am still not able sleep because a party is going on at the hotel & the staff will do mothing about it. People have been praying loud music & in the parking lot yelling since at least 10:30 pm. I contacted the hotel office with this complaint & NOTHING has been done & there has been no response to my complaint. I demand a full fefund!

Their Breakfast is Good!

The reason why I came back to stay there for the weekend is simple: the complementary breakfast is good, better than average when compared with other hotels in the area. I recommend it.

If you have a ‘to-do’ list and this is just for an overnight - this is the place. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Breakfast decent. Staff friendly. In-and-out. Would stay again.
