It was a great experience. The hotel was perfectly clean and there were lots of amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one tiny suggestion. The pillows were not very comfortable. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Amazing hotel, the staff go above and beyond, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back. The breakfast options were great and it’s nice to have coffee anytime.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, however a few experiences with the front desk staff puzzled me. Upon check-in at reception we asked if they accepted CAA cards & we were told that the rate would go up if we used that card. When checking out I requested the bill and was told since I reserved the room online I would have to contact Expedia to receive an invoice, that they would not provide the bill. This was very strange as I have always received a bill when checking out, even when I previously reserved a room online. I am upset with this situation and require a receipt for this stay.

Went to Gravenhust to take photos of the autumn colours. The hotel is in a great location close to many parks. Clean rooms, all the staff were very helpful, especially the staff setting up the breakfast and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
