Beyond anything we imagined!
The pictures do not even do this rental justice. The rooms are HUGE.. the beds are so comfy. 3 full bathrooms all equipped with towels bath wash shampoos etc. The Hot Tub was clean and relaxing. This place was immaculate.. spotless! I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was! The living room has a big flat screen with all the apps installed for use. Lots of room for sitting in there as well! Giant kitchen! It was just perfect. ***** five star review!

Excellent house! We’ve stayed in many vrbos in this area and this was our top experience. The house has been updated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. And the host was very communicative. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a great stay! Loved the hot tub and music. It was a nice touch to have the Christmas tree up. Had it lit along with fireplace often.We had family nearby and with my growing family it is nice to have our own space. Very roomy. We might have found a yearly spot to stay when celebrating our Christmas with extended family nearby. Owner was responsive to questions quickly.

We stayed at King Ranch for our son's wedding held at BlueBridge Events Centre in Grawn. It was a quiet location and very convenient for quick trips back and forth to the venue. The house and outdoor spaces were very clean and well organized and Jeff was a great communicator.

The first trip with our fur baby. We were here mainly in the evenings and night. This home is very relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard with use of the hot tub. We did not get a chance to use the fireplace outside, but it looked very comfortable. I really enjoyed the use of the indoor fireplace in the morning to take off the chill from the previous night. I loved the fact that the owner took into consideration the comfort of the beds. Offering a selection from soft, medium and firm. The communication with the host was quick and friendly. Just a heads up, there is a gap under the fence that your fur baby could crawl under. I think the host mentions this.Would definitely stay again.

Property location is very quiet yet conveniently located close to Traverse City. Ideal for anyone wanting a peaceful retreat in the country but still wanting to get into the city within a few minutes. The hot tub was relaxing after a busy day. Clean and comfortable and every spacious. Wonderful king size beds in every room.

This spacious ranch home was ideal for three couples. The king size beds were comfortable and each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen was large, well supplied and the appliances worked great, which isn’t always the case with rentals. Little extras were nice: games, plenty of paper products including coffee filters, shampoo and body wash in the shower. Outdoor seating was plentiful including a big picnic table with umbrella, and a ring of seats around the fire pit. The yard is private and the neighborhood was quiet. Traverse City is about 25 minutes away so we had quick access to wineries on the Leelanau and Mission peninsulas. The owner responded quickly to questions and a minor issue we had. We would love to return someday, and recommended it to friends.

Amazing property

4 good sized rooms and 3 full bathrooms. Place came equipped with speakers for outside at the hot tub and everything you could need inside. You can tell the owners take pride I. The property. Not far from downtown traverse, made for a great girls trip.

Girls Weekend

Very clean and spacious. Plenty of space in the big kitchen for our snacks, bevies and for cooking. Check-in was a breeze and Jeff, the host, was responsive. Beware of the low height of the canopy bed--easy to bop your head on it the middle of the night when getting in and out of that bed. Otherwise, beds were comfortable and we rested well. Enjoyed the music outdoors while soaking in the hot tub. Our least favorite part of this place was the living room. The couches only seat up to 5 adults and they are uncomfortable and worn. Would recommend replacing with a large comfy sectional that seats up to 8 adults as the home can sleep up to that many. Our particular group likes to have a space where we can relax together--the current furniture would deter us from renting this place again.

Excellent Stay, Great Location

We had a lovely stay! The King Ranch is lovely, clean, and in an excellent location (with big, cozy beds and a warm fireplace) - close enough to all the sights, and yet in a relaxing, tree’d location that made our stay relaxing and fun! Definitely recommend, and the host is easy to chat with, very accommodating, and ensured we had a lovely stay.

Great Stay

The property was great, very clean and comfortable and great communication from the owner. There was quite a bit of snow there but it was plowed and shoveled around the property which was appreciated. Absolutely would recommend.

PERFECT Option for Crystal Skiing

This was the 2nd time staying at this property, as we loved it so much the first time we knew we wanted to rent again when we went back up to ski at Crystal Mountain. About a 20 minute drive from Crystal, it has SO much room for 2 families to share the space. Every amenity you could want, including a hot tub and TWO washers and dryers! Perhaps the best part though is the communication, ease of check in, and willingness to go above and beyond by the owners to be sure our stay was absolutely perfect. We will absolutely look to stay here every time we come up!

Awesome location

Very well maintained, host was very proactive by checking in with us. Left snow shovel & salt available. Hot tub was a hit with all of us for our downtime. Showers were supplied with various soap’s & shampoo since all of us forgot to bring ours. Plenty of towels, pillows & blankets. Thank you Jeff

Perfect Bachelorette Trip

I was looking for a secluded, relaxing cabin for my low-key bachelorette party and the King Ranch was perfect! I had myself and 4 girls come up and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the house was. One of my friends is always up by 5-6 AM naturally and even she slept until 10AM, the beds were SO comfy! Our host Jeff was amazing and responsive, reaching out to make sure we hadn’t had any issues checking in and being quick to respond when we had any questions. We all loved our stay and already have discussed coming back again!
