Die sorgfältig gepflegte & voll ausgestattete, großzügige Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für deinen Aufenthalt in Graz. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 100 m entfernt, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt Mitten im Leben, trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen und ladet zum Wohnen und Arbeiten ein.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche und einen Essbereich.

Ein Schlafzimmer bietet ein Queenzize Bett (mit den Massen 1,60x2 m) und einen Kleiderschrank mit einer Couch und TV

Du erreichst die Unterkunft, im 3.Stock, über eine Treppe.
