Very good hotel

Very good hotel. Difficult to navigate TV channels. Next door to Mackenzie pizza and close to Applebees. Have stayed here each time we come through Great Falls and it makes our stay comfortable.

It's got a great location next to the Missouri River with a walking path. A couple of restaurants near by. Only thing was the noise from trains but that affected many hotels in the area.

Check in staff was excellent, friendly and very welcoming. Pillows were not great, small and lumpy. I should have called and asked for new ones but was just exhausted from travelling. Overall a great hotel.

Seemed a little neglected on detailed cleaning. Dusty surfaces just above line of sight and I’m not particularly fussy. Thermal cup lids were not wrapped and were covered in dust. Big chunk of drywall missing around light-fan in bathroom left me hoping there wasn’t a camera. Pillows were too puffy and lumpy. It wasn’t awful but didn’t meet my expectations. Best Westerns used to be a higher standard establishment but i don’t see that anymore. Hotel provided body products for shower were gross. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
