Biggest compliment was there is no elevator. This should be placed in the listing. I am sure if you are disabled and unable to climb stairs they would get you on the first floor.

The room was good. The only thing that was missing was for their breakfast, there was NO toast. When I asked about that I was told they had the toasters and if I really wanted toast, I could bring my own bread? Not impressed.

We were downgraded because, being no elevator and the king rooms were apparently all sold on the first floor, We were given a queen room. We couldn’t upgrade because we had booked through hotels.com, they said.
