I expected more from this hotel. It started with getting a room where the heat wasn’t working, so we had to change rooms. The place is very noisy — you can hear everything going on outside on the street. The elevator clearly hadn’t been vacuumed; the same dirt that was there on the first day was still there six days later when we left. Overall, I won’t be coming back.

The hotel is very convenient to catch the train into NYC. Willy (parking attendant) is very friendly. I wish there were a few more breakfast options with regards to protein- even peanut butter to spread on bagels would be good. I would definitely stay there again.

It was not a great stay. there was no where to park other than scrambling for street parking. The receptionist was nowhere to be found when I arrived. The valet parking personnel had to walk in the building to check me in.The floorboards were lifting the bed made horrible noises at each turn. The tiles on the bathroom floor were broken, and the towels were dingy. The curtains were old and broken. Also, the lampshade on one of the lamps was completely missing.

The Andrew Hotel was nice. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was convenient and perfect for a quick checkout. Definitely could use more lighting in the room and the flooring is laminate where my preference is low pile carpet. I wasn’t able to adjust the heat in the room but didn’t look into it further than that.

Would not stay here again. Location was good, but didn't realize how outdated the property was when I booked it. You can't control the temperature and the heater was blasting all night, and I kept getting up to open the window and then closing it due to the sound of the train across the street. I usually like it very warm, so for me feel bothered, it has to be 1000x worse for others. The bathroom also had popcorn ceiling that had brown/black spots all over, and the vanity looked like it was 30 years old. The floors felt grimy as well, and I was glad it was only one night I had to stay there visiting a funeral from out of town. Only good thing was the location.

The property has 12 parking for the guest and employee, the place was dirty, old and need to be modernized, they kept charging my credit for no reason. Very horrible hotel .

I love that the property is close to Main road for in town shopping. It is also very close to LIRR for easy travel. Dunkin is also close by which I frequent so it was nice to have one so close. The hotel mgmt is working to improve the hotel features, which is nice. Mgr. Brian was super helpful and addressed any concerns. I am looking forward to booking again for my next trip.

Everything was nice about the hotel. The only I would recommend to future travelers who choose to stay here. Would be to stay away from the second floor. It was a lot of noise and a constant slamming of a door. And it drove me crazy because I was trying to sleep. Outside of that it was good.

The listing i booked from had no mention of their $100 fee and the staff at the front desk was extremely rude when that was brought up, the toilet in my room had issues and they do not have maintenance past a certain time and ended up getting downgraded because they were unaware of where things were

If you’re looking for somewhere relatively clean to lay your head without the bells and whistles, then this hotel does the job. The room was clean, but I kept sliding on the floors. There was no mini fridge, or safe. I spent one night there, woke up and had no hot water in the morning. I heard the shower running in another room, so I don’t know if that had any to do with it. The free breakfast was such a let down, I left without it. In one corner was a pile of about 10 empty pizza boxes, and several half drunk 2 liter soda bottles. They had 3 yogurts in the mini fridge and some juice in glass ewers. Tons of bagels. I paid $19 for valet parking. My vehicle was LITERALLY right in front of the hotel entrance. The staff was very polite and helpful, though.

The breakfast was disappointing, all carbs, no eggs, fruit, or yoghurt. They had bagels, some non-descript pastries, cereal and instant oatmeal. A pancake machine, but no pancake batter. I skipped the breakfast even though I was looking forward to it. The room for breakfast was all folding chairs. The bed initially was comfortable, it had a topper on it. But after lying on it, it became crumpled. The sheets were very clean and smelled like bleech as did the shower curtain. The main room was nice. The bathroom looked like it needed a refresh. The grout looked unsealed and you could see how it became lighter under the sink area. Tub / shower area had a bit of mildrew on the tile groat, and you could see how the grout was lighter by the ceiling compared to lower. Half an inch of rust around the counter sink nobs. The bathroom door looked wornout chips and stuff. They gave you a small bottle of shampoo but no conditioner. I didn't know the place was pet friendly until there was a barking dog or dogs for a while. I was only there for 1 night. One of the workers held a door for me but before I could get out my thank you, he was like very aggressively saying to me "your welcome" as if I wouldn't say thank you which I always do.

Quick check in and easy access, that's it, HOT ROOM, NOISY, no fridge, TV doesn't work, poor breakfast, uncomfortable room, spent the first half of the night unable to sleep due to the next door couple screaming while having sex. This was the worst experience of my life.
