Less than clean!

Extremely loud! Can hear every sound in the hallway. The room was dirty, obvious multiple hairs from previous guests all over the bathroom. The restaurant they advertised only opens when they feel like it, there’s no lounge/bar. The foundation under the mattress is also loud if you move in bed. The duvet edges were stained (looked like makeup from never being washed). It was just really gross! Can’t say anything good about this place, except, location, if you need to be in Great Neck. Will never stay there again.

My room had an awful odor . I had bugs in the room. The staff @ the front desk was RUDE! No one was ever @ the desk . Changed my room only to find ants . This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in .

Not worth the room rate

Way over priced for what it is… very economy-type rooms with upper scale prices. Police were pulling tape/questioning staff about a missing person, upon arrival and staff all seemed like it was their first day on the job.

So so…

No microwave, no sundry/gift shop, mini-fridge. Lamps in room were weak. Sink area had no counter room. Dirty hotel elevator carpet. Only hard-boiled eggs, no scrambled. Lobby bathrooms closed for Sabbath. Had to adjust trip schedule due to JetBlue flight cancel and you guys still charged me a property and change fee penalty.
