Unable to get entry. Very poor liaison
Could not get into the hotel.
Contacted OYO as it was the contact on email, but they could not find my booking.
Ended up finding another hotel nearby, thanks to the kindly help of another hotel owner. Beware.

Customer service was very poor apart from Noor!
Waste of my time submitting a review you so r post? Hotels.com? A waste of time.Turned up at our hotel and the entry code didn’t work. Because someone had changed the lock. Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldn’t open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and both times got hung up on. By this time we were starting to wonder if we’d been scammed. My wife then rang and spoke to Noor who was brilliant. He said they’d tried to contact us (not sure how true that was) but we were not going to be staying at Villa Rose because of some technical issues at the hotel but would now be at The Carlton. This wasn’t ideal as we’d booked the Villa Rose to be near the Wetherspoons pub and the new hotel was a twenty minute walk away. However, The Carlton gave us two twin rooms and it was an okay hotel.

Place was booked, when I arrived I had to call to get an access code only to be told that hotel was under renovation! I’d been moved to another hotel told that the booking was the same and that it was a family room for the same price! When I got to the other hotel it wasn’t the most pleasant place hotel Staff were nice enough and helpful but was mostly disappointed they’d booked us 2 rooms rather than a family room we were away for my sons 1st birthday and the family had been spilt! Not happy
We were relocated to the other hotel- the Dolfin hotel. We were very tired and we had to walk there about 20 minutes. There was two men sitting in the garden staring at our window. It was creepy. I think they work there because they where at hotel every night. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Little disappointed.
Stayed in the Fjaerland hotel as villa rose was closed for maintenance. The bathroom. Toilet roll holder was broken, bathroom door didn't shut properly. Bed was only thing good about the stay. No staff around but was easy to get into room. I think hotel needs a revamp and staff around.
Was not happy that we was moved 2 a different hotel n then when we got there they had no food or drink options n the wifi was very poor even tho i ask for wifi n plus my room was not clean after the first even tho i ask for it 2 be done very poor service n will not being staying there again
I actually like the accommodation, however the bunk bed frame has never been cleaned (I went over this with anti-bacterial wipes) the shower is not in good working order as it doesn’t drain quick enough and you have scum that comes up from the plug so we didn’t use that. My only other complaint is the lack of reception of staff there means that you are reliant on checking in yourself online (which we did) but we then had to faff about to obtain the codes to get in which is such a headache when ur travelling with toddlers
First to come up on filter when selected price low-high. So I knew it was a budget price Hotel. Impressions? my son who is 9 loved it. It was bigger than last place we had in Yarmouth and more room. and we had fun. It's right bang where you wana be with everything around you.. a couple of car parks round corner I paid £20 for 2 days. Was a little warm but its summer so would advise taking a fan and job done. Couldn't get reception on tele but we don't watch TV anyway other than that was clean and tidy and did the job at a really good price.
From start to finish it was a complete night mere no clean towels rong code to get in to rooms toook ages to sort out on phone no reception to go to I would not stop their ever again or recommend to no body so sorry to have to write this but it really is not acceptable
The one star I gave was because of assistance by staff. The room should be used even in a refugee camp. The showe space is small enough for a 10 year old. The taps in the shower and sink is filthy. There was no housekeeper to replenish toiletries.
The worse part of it all is the bed. The frame is dirty and the mattress hollow from the middle to the end of the bed, and no change of beddings.
I can't take it for free, will never recommend it to my colleagues and definitely never go back. It would have been much better to sleep in the car and burn fuel than this hotel. The name doesn't match the service in all ramifications.
