A stable door from the kitchen opens onto the west-facing courtyard entrance. There is ample on-site parking and level access to the property.

French doors lead out to a fully enclosed garden with outdoor table and chairs, enjoying views across surrounding fields. A bridle path runs beside the property and can be reached via a winding path through the trees, offering a safe and scenic walk into Winterton.
