This ground floor, studio flat is located within Winterton Hall and is the perfect place for a holiday base to explore our beautiful, ancient fishing village, without an amusement arcade in sight.

We are so very lucky here to have the beautiful dunes which are a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Winterton Dunes Nature reserve is a bird-watchers delight and a haven for wildlife with tern and seal colonies in residence, along with the rare Natterjack toad. Our beautiful, wide, sandy beach is approximately a 10 minute walk from the flat. Winterton is ideal for our doggie friends too, just make sure that they stay away from the seals and other wildlife please.

The village itself benefits from having 'The Fisherman's Return' pub, the Fish & Chip Shop, 'Poppy's' Tea Shop, Post Office & General Stores and we are in easy reach of Great Yarmouth, which is approximately 8 miles and 19 miles from Norwich. You can explore many of the local and nearby sites such as The Broads, Horsey Windpump, Horsey seal colony, Hickling Broad, museums in Great Yarmouth and many sights in Norwich, to name just a few.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, toaster and a microwave. We also provide a selection of basic crockery, cutlery and pans.
The studio offers a television and internet access.

Please note that the studio flat is located at the rear of the property and hence there is, unfortunately, no view. Also we are doing works in the garden of the Hall and feel that it is only fair to let guests know that the garden is quite messy at the moment therefore if you did decide to book your holiday with us you would have to accept the garden as it is I'm afraid.

There is a bed-sitting room which contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small table and chairs and a small sofa.

There is a fully tiled shower room, which has a toilet, washbasin and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included in your rental cost.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is anytime after 14.00. We do have a key box if we cannot meet you in person. Check-out is 10 am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- We would be grateful if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm. Thank you.
- Well behaved dogs are allowed at the property (not to be left unattended). There is no charge for your dog.
