Fantastic hotel

They have the most comfortable beds. The layout of the suite was well designed. The food was delicious. We loved the shepherds pie. We enjoyed the convenience of their 24 hour market. The employees were very helpful and friendly. We stayed there for 2 weeks. We will be back!

We had a terrific weekend with family. Registering was a breeze! Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Only issue was carpeting in our room was not clean. Our granddaughter’s stocking feet were very dirty after walking around in our room. Socks were clean after a bath. Recommend steam cleaning and repairing the carpet buckling in the hallway. Amenities and hotel were very nice!!

We had a very pleasant stay. Check-in went quickly despite the large amount of people checking in after the Packer game. There was a nice bar/restaurant that we were able to get a bite to eat along with some drinks. The rooms were large, clean with very comfy beds.

Great location for Packer game days! Convenient parking for the hotel and nearby in a city garage. Had transportation to Lambeau Field. Also only a couple of blocks from the river and dining options. Solid staff was helpful with recommendations on getting around and want to explore in downtown Green Bay.

Ripoff by Management

Their early check in policy is a ripoff. We arrived about 2:30 and inquired about our rooms. We were told they were ready but then the clerk asked if we belonged to the World of Hyatt. Turns out the scam was it costs $25.00 to check into a room early that is already ready. But it is only $10.00 if you are a member. Either way it is a scam and a hotel to be avoided. Not enough parking spaces and wanted us to park in a city garage a block over. Staff was good but management needs to be replaced.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with our stay at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay. Building and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was attentive, professional and polite. Both my wife and I have had knee injuries and would appreciate comfort height toilets. Thank you.

Very impressed. The property may be getting slightly dated, but everything was great. Phenomonal service, bar stays open until midnight and long hours for the pool as well. Room was great, nice studio size and a door between the beds and living area.

Well the room was unique. The "suite" had three rooms - bathroom (dated), bedroom (dated), and and an odd entry "living room" with no windows and a bar.... Can't say I've every seen this before. The entry room was dark and we had a very creepy feeling and it seemed like the floor was very unclean - but could not tell...
