I will be honest with my review I've stayed at multiple all-inclusive hotels in Jamaica this hotel is overrated the hype isn't real the property is 100% beautiful new the food it's good tasteful you will not be disappointed but they don't have any real activities in the day anything that you want you have to initiate it by calling front desk to replenish your mini bar or to get more towels Etc if you don't call it's not done also room service is $15 US per use the building is a 10 out of 10 the food is 9 out of 10 they entertainment is two out of 10 the activities is one out of 10 and it's very far like 70 minutes drive from the Montego Bay airport don't believe the hype this hotel isn't all that cracks up to be it's only a beautiful hotel with good food but it stops right there entertainment sucks and the activities suck and again if you want anything done you have to initiate it there's no proactiveness by the staff when I come back here again no there are other hotels all inclusive in Montego Bay that's way better again don't let the pictures fool you it's a beautiful hotel but that's where it stops don't believe the hype and I booked two rooms for myself and for my children will I come back here again no overall the hotel itself other than the building is a three out of 10

We just got back and had a great vacation. The staff is the BIG plus here. They are top notch and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! The facility is still at very low capacity so no trouble at all finding chairs or getting dinner reservations. One thing that I think they could improve on but just my opinion is the daily activities are very scarce and non existent. They would have something on the schedule then never have the activity or if you asked someone they had no clue what you were talking about. My kids are very active and look forward to the activities so they did get bored.

We recently stayed at the Princess Grand and below are my thoughts. Hotel lobby is breathtaking but check-in was poor experience. We arrived early and were told that we would have to wait for our rooms. I visit an all-inclusive every year and this is the first time having that experience. We were told that we could change into pool attire in changing bathrooms, but other than that, we had to wait. (we were later given a bottle of wine in our room) Resort entertainment - a variety of non-motorized watersports that were included. I also enjoyed the pool activities. However, the fun, swim-up bar vibe of other resorts was missing. They also have a fun, small game room, however, each day only 2 of the 4 virtual reality games "worked." The night entertainment was very good! The staff "Showtime" is very talented!!! Food/Dining - excellent! We liked all of the restaurants we dined at, with the Asian restaurant being the kid's least favorite. The Italian and Mexican were delish. One al la carte restaurant is closed nightly. I disliked that the buffet seemed to have limited hours. (ex: breakfast ended at 10:30 and lunch didnt start until 12:30.) Rooms - clean and nice. However, given the decor is very light, I can see it possibly showing signs of wear quickly. Upkeep outside of rooms could be better. Room service has $15 fee (didnt use) Spa - wonder massage! I disliked that the main spa is located on the adult-only side. You have to be escorted over.

Entertainment wz good, lots of variety re the food...beach wz so so...pools & water park wz good.... Housekeeping needs improvement, there were no hand/face towels in the room, used washcloth n bath towels were taken n not replaced, no hooks to hang bath towels in the shower, had to come out of the shower naked to grab a towel or ask the other person in the room to reach same...no iron was in the room made a request 2 days straight before one was brought to room... Apart from all that stay was good...

My stay at Princess Grand began with a bumpy start, but the team immediately sprang into action to resolve any issues. Alexa was a lifesaver, ensuring that any ongoing problems were addressed without going into unnecessary details. The resort itself is beautiful, and the food is delicious. The nightly entertainment spot is spot-on, and the restaurants didn’t disappoint. Overall, it was an amazing time. You can see the team is new but they also are doing their best to provide the guest an amazing experience.

This is a beautiful property, very spacious and grand. Make sure you choose Princess Grand for the family experience or Senses Mangrove for the adults only experience and run off the entire property. The staff are pleasant and well trained. Dacia & Jason in guest services were extremely accommodating and supportive and that made our experience more memorable. Chef Oshane was so helpful in providing safe food in light of allergies. There are multiple pools on the property with swim up pools at your patio on the adult side. There is a water park with water slides on the family side with food trucks nearby. There are 2 coffee shops, one on either side. The large gym and the spa are located on the family side. While we were there the mornings were bright and sunny and the afternoons and evenings had heavy showers. There are many restaurants with different cuisines and the steakhouse and Teppanyaki restaurants should not be missed! Chef Davian and server Anna-Lee in the Teppanyaki restaurant will ensure you have a good experience! If you don't feel like walking from your room to the attractions then call a 'cab' - you can get a ride on a golf cart... a long as it's not pouring rain! Check out is at 12 but you can stay on property until 3pm. They have tennis courts, various water sports including kayaking and mini catamarans. Lifeguards are at the pools and multiple swimming areas of the beach. I didn't visit the sports bar/ VR gaming room or the night club. Casino coming soon.

Property was walkable, most staff were nice. Given two rooms that weren't cleaned properly . The first room had a minibar with one empty beer can and misding seat cushions. 2nd room had stained sheets. Food at the buffet were mislabeled resulting in an allergic reaction. Multiple people were notified, took our name and room number, why? I still don't know as no one reached out to check on me or offer us anything to compensate for our experience. In fact guests services, ignored us and did notrespond to our calls, nothing was done to rectify our concerns or to improve our vacation.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free — I especially appreciated the sit-down check-in process, which added a nice personal touch. However, I wouldn’t consider this a true all-inclusive experience compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at. Only the buffet is included in the price; all other dining options are à la carte and come with an extra charge. Unfortunately, the buffet itself was underwhelming with very limited variety — I actually found myself looking around to see if there was more food elsewhere once I reached the end of the line. On a positive note, the water park was a definite highlight, especially for families traveling with kids. The kids’ club was also a great feature and kept the little ones entertained.
