We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay. We expected a simple hotel that would be all we needed for a location near an event we were attending, but we totally underestimated things. What a pleasant surprise to walk into our room, the room was lovely decorated and felt welcoming. The cleanliness of the both the bathroom and bedroom was of a high standard, lovely clean carpets and furniture. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The atmosphere in the bar was really nice and the bar staff attentive and friendly. Also it was great to be able to park my car right outside the hotel, very convenient. The hotel was quiet throughout the night which added to a peaceful night. Over all a very pleasant stay and I would have no doubts about staying at the Tontine hotel again.
