Our stay was awesome. Michael at the front desk was AMAZING! He took such great care of us! Our room was huge and nice and cool when we got there. Kids loves the pool and the complimentary snacks. Breafast was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! The hotel is clean and updated; and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Love the outdoor sitting area. Our room had a balcony - thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing a bit. The location is convenient to malls, restaurants, downtown, etc. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again if visiting the area.

This property looked nice from the outside. The bed was comfortable. I felt it was not a better hotel than less expensive properties that also offer a free breakfast. So that was disappointing.

This property was awful. The staff was rude. They did not hold a room with two queens, as I had reserved. With no queen double rooms left, they tried to get me and my elderly father to pay for an extra King room. On top of it all, they were not at all courteous or empathetic that we were exhausted after traveling on a red eye and being with family due to a relative’s sudden death. Do not give these people your money. Even the manager was present and completely indifferent.
