Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to the Airport. Convenient to the Hight Point furniture market. Close to numerous Golf Course’s with Sedge Field just 15 minutes. Greensboro Science Center just minutes away. Convenient to shopping and Restaurants. Close to Parks and walking trails. Greensboro has a new Top-golf located at 609 Guilford College Rd. Just 7.5 miles away.

Guest have access to the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen. No access to the Garage, outdoor shed.

This is our personal home in a VERY quiet neighborhood. We are very clean and neat hosts & do not allow large gatherings or parties at our home.

No 3rd party bookings are allowed.

$1,000 fine for smoking of any kind in our home.

We require good review history for all our guests.
House Rules:

Events & Parties: Events and parties are not allowed, in accordance with Airbnb’s global party and events ban.

Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited. There will be a $1,000 fine for smoking inside.

Parking: Please park only in the driveway. It can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is only permitted on the weekends per the HOA.

Lawn Use: Do not park on the lawn under any circumstances.

Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum. Any loud noise that can be heard outside the property lines is not allowed.
