At the residence, enjoy the petanque and beach volleyball court and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool situated in a magnificent and secured park of 7,000 m². The residence consists of only 8 apartments.
The apartment itself, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is a little gem. Tastefully furnished and decorated as well as all new high-quality electronics - NETFLIX, Apple TV, iPad, WIFI and The Frame TV from Samsung - to bring even more elegance to the living room.
On the bedroom side, the King size Box spring of 200x200 cm is a must have when it comes to bedding and provides similar experience as in the most luxurious hotels.
Enjoy the WEBER barbecue to grill your fish bought from the market, take a seat on the large 28 m² terrace (with electric sun blinds) to have dinner with friends or just relax at the outdoor sofa and enjoy the view at the park.
