The apartment is very clean and up-to-date. The spotless, spacious walk-in shower was a delight after our long hikes at Männlichen, First, and Pfingstegg. A very nice touch were the Nespresso coffee pods that were provided. The front door (which is beautiful with “Bergnest” engraved on it) is located inside the building, not visible from the street, so be sure to pay close attention to the directions. There is a nice outdoor sitting area with a table with a magnificent view of the mountains, but be aware that it does not immediately adjoin the apartment, but is a 10 to 15 meter walk from the apartment. A bus stop is located just a one minute walk from the apartment, which makes getting anywhere in and around Grindelwald easy. Be aware that the apartment is on a very busy street with windows just a few feet from the street. City buses and tour buses going to and from the nearby Grindelwald Terminal, along with various trucks and other vehicles are quite noisy, so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is probably not the optimal apartment.

Vacation

Had a nice stay and fhe apartmenr was comfortable. It is directly on the bus route which was handy once I figured this out. Even though the bus schedule was at the apartment, it would be beneficial for future guests to know the names of the bus stops to understand which one to take to get into town. The only other recommendation would be to have a fan in the aparrtment during the summer as it was wuite warm with no air circulation even with the windows open.

Geschmackvolle, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sonnig. Küchenausstattung sehr gut! Netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Sehr gut gelegen (nahe an der Skibus-Haltestelle und am Terminal), tagsüber je nach Saison relativ viel Verkehr, nachts jedoch ruhig.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind super. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt Der Weg zur Schipiste ist sehr kurz. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Gerne wieder.
