Sehr positiv ist die direkte Anbindung zur Strandpromenade und zum Meer. Bäcker schräg gegenüber. Freie Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Appartement liegt angenehm direkt gegenüber des Fahrstuhls und ebenso die geschlossenen große Garage.
