Lage, Lage, Lage! Die Wohnung liegt optimal zwischen Seebrücke und Jachthafen im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses (Aufzug vorhanden). Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut aufgeteilt, mit zwei Balkonen ausgestattet und der Blick auf die Ostsee ist frei (man schaut über eine Rasenfläche) und wunderschön. Das Bad ist top modern ausgestattet und mit barrierefreiem Einstieg in die Dusche. Im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine aber kein Trockner. Im Haus ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Betten im Kinderzimmer sind leider nur 80 cm breit, obwohl breitere Betten möglich wären.
