Coco Palm is a great hotel, very good location and the rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. We stayed for 2 nights as we are a frequent visitor to the island but stay at different places. Staff are friendly and accomadating. The only thing i would say is the evening is a little boring (obviously its hard with covid) but if they played some music during the day and evening by the bar and pool it would be abit more lively.

Our stay was perfect, the staff do everything they can to make your stay perfect, always with a smile on their face, had a fantastic spa session so professional loved every minute.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Staff is very friendly. Rooms and hotel in general clean. 19 min walking distance from the beach. Nice swimming pool with always free hammocks.
Cons: A bit noisy if you have a young kid and have to go early to sleep. Didn't like the fact that the bar staff refused to heat our 2 years old lunch. .
Location: Beach and swimming pool are the main things to do. There are excursions available to visits the Piton mountains for example,
Me and my family spent almost 2 weeks in this hotel located in the north side f the island. It's a nice place if you're looking for a relaxing holidays with a lot of beach and pool.

Super hotel, great comfort, great atmosphere.

Pros: Our room, a swim up, had a terrace with steps down into a curved inlet of the pool, round a corner and under a bridge from the main pool. Heaven!
Cons: The coffee at breakfast, not good. Instant, weak and not very hot!. The "tea/coffee making facility didn't work. A kettle was instantly produced.
We loved Coco Palm. Where to start? The lovely staff, the beautiful lay-out, the fabulous food, the amazing pool. It was all a feel-good experience. Also the situation. Although sheltered by a luxuriant tropical garden, you walk out one way into the heart of a vibrant village with shops, a mall, wonderful bay side restaurants and plenty of cheap and cheerful food outlets and the other its 5 minutes to a peaceful sandy beach. Not smart, not exclusive, just a few locals and wonderful swimming. Coco Palm is proud of being locally owned and managed and so they should be. Friday evening, one of the 3 with great live music, saw an influx of the local jeunesse doree, looking amazing in posh frocks and bent on enjoying themselves. Several were clearly special occasions as the tables were prettied up with ribbons and flowers. The atmosphere was terrific. Would we go back? Golly yes!

An excellent hotel

This is the fourth time in a row that my partner and I have returned to St.Lucia and Coco Palm, which I hope speaks volumes about the very positive holiday experience that we have at the hotel, which is primarily down to the exceptional level of service from all of the staff. We have visited quite a few other Caribbean islands and hotels, but Coco Palm must rank as our favourite

Overall the hotel is good, the restaurant/bar are the epicentre and it's easy to meet other guests at the bar. The hotel has a big range of rooms....we unluckily had a room in creole (old part of the hotel) which aren't as luxurious as the new main hotel and are closer to the main strip and all the noise ....they are cheaper in comparison, but the noise is overwhelming Staff are friendly, location is good....close to the strip, Mall, casino and also the beach. The pool is good, but not heated.

Really Comfy Stay

Great service, great security, felt safe and secure. Fantastic staff, very friendly helpful and accommodating. My mum walks with a walking stick and they were very sensitive to her needs and fully accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and again and again. Well done coco palm ! The only thing it says on the website easy access to the beach, its actually a 5-10min walk to the beach, which is ok, but its not right on the beach.
