Hotel is a nice quaint hotel that provides an overall nice experience but does require some modernisation but i guess this is reflected in the price. There were elements that were frustrating like welcome orientation meeting cancelled, only live music in venue once per week, lack of snacks during the day like ice cream & variety of sandwiches, Sunbeds were old and had some stains on pillows and covers. Also need to be aware it is 1.75 hours from the airport so a bit of a track. However there were many positives from our stay: -It was far cheaper than other options to stay in this area with all inclusive & pool etc -Quality of food was nice with menu changing every 3 days and when asked they always accommodated a variation that we liked. -Very nice close atmosphere with guests as small hotel and very personal. Unique compared to others. -Great staff from food servers (Lana) to bar staff who remembered small details & were very professional. -Location is nice with nice beach and bars close by but only for basic shopping. -Friday night street party was a great experience. -If you are willing to do some travelling why there a great stop is the capital to se ethe market and duty free shopping. -We had a nice bay in Smugglers Cove where if you eat at the restaurant for lunch you can use the beds overhanging the beach and see for free which is great. -Our favourite day was at Doolittle's Marigot Bay where again if you eat at the restaurant you can use facilities by pool and beach.

Staff lovely. Great choice of cocktails. Room was spacious and bed really comfortable. Tea and coffee with kettle. Large TV showing worldwide TV via APPS. Own fridge. Pool water warm and clean. Pool area seating could do with new equipment. Food was a la carte and plenty of choices. Only had live entertainment on a Monday night -they need entertainment on a Saturday night too. Waitresses sang happy birthday to me when they realised it was my 60th. Highly recommend Soco House if you are looking a for chilled out environment with easy walking distance to sopping malls, bars and only 5mins to the fab Redduit Beach. Soco House even provide you with cool box for a few beers! Hel x

I loved my stay here! Its feels like a mini resort, not too small and has all of the things you’d want on site. Food was really good (though I wish there were more snack/dining options in between meal times and after hours. A snack bar at the pool would be great!) drinks were your typical resort style drinks but I appreciate the bartenders were willingness to up the ante of the drinks as requested. The location is also great, close to the beach, and about a 15-20 minute walk into the town where there are shops. There’s alot of construction in the area that disrupts the views a bit.

The hotel was " OK " . But, the food HORRIBLE . We stayed a this hotel for 4 days. en we had to go outside to eat. OMG, that food , the staff were so lazy and unkind . Except for Ken ( front desk ), Chester ( very nice bartender ) , Darnell and Alexandre both from the bar. The rest do not deserve be a " Customer Services spa " . The beach is around the hotel , they not offer transportation how I read before to went to this place , so we have to walk . Wasn't a good selection >

L’équipe et les employés sont très chaleureux et gentils avec nous. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien entretenues. The property is nice. However, the staff could be more hospitable. But it think is a cultural thing. The room was never replenished with amenities like soap, shampoo ext. the food options is very limited, breakfast is the same every morning. This property is mainly for retired people, not for a younger generation. But will not visit again.

The resort was very clean. The staff were fantastic. We ate breakfast and dinner at the resort; lunch at Spinnakers on the beach. The food was good. We had read many reviews before booking and understood very clearly what we were to expect. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. We chose to rent a little shaded hut from Donovan (south [left] of the Soco House Beach) instead of using the free chairs/umbrellas. We love the fact we can walk into town and Scuba Steve's Dive Shop. Please tip your bar man, housekeeping and servers!

The property was not but they shoukd provide transportation from the airport to the hotel. Its a hour drive from the airport. The food option was not great, its like they cater to mostly English visitors and not the island visitors.

While the staff was mostly friendly with the exception of one of the waitresses in the hotel, there was very little upkeep from a cosmetic standpoint the bathrooms and rooms in general look to need updating of equipment and furniture, as well as a few areas needing fresh coats of paint. The cushions on the pool chairs and cabanas were stained and were well in need of being replaced. I’d rate this facility a 7 1/2 out of 10.

Our experience at this property began with a delayed check-in of approximately one hour. We noticed that many of the white chairs in the lobby and around the pool were stained—likely with tanning lotion—which made them uninviting to use. The bathroom had a few maintenance issues: the shower handle came off during use, and the water never reached a hot temperature, remaining only lukewarm. Additionally, the lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom was quite dim, creating a rather gloomy atmosphere. The pool was cloudy for two consecutive days, and the poolside shower was out of order. Several windows and doors in the lobby were broken and temporarily covered with plywood, which detracted from the overall aesthetic and first impression. The food was quite basic, though the waitstaff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, which we appreciated. Overall, the location is excellent, but the property is in need of better upkeep and more attentive management. With some improvements in maintenance and cleanliness, it could offer a much better guest experience.

For an all-inclusive hotel, the food options need to be more expansive, and they need to consider a buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, there should be a restaurant to provide meals from a certain time of the day for persons who may want something outside of what the buffet is offering. My room was not cleaned properly as we found fake eyelashes upon arrival to the room the bedding also felt dirty. For breakfast on our first day, the staff forgot us and we waited for more than 45 minutes for a breakfast that came cold. Overall, the place was average and I won't recommend it to anyone or stay here again.
