The people in St Lucia are charming. Food was excellent. My room was great, never slept so well. I loved the pool for swimming laps. Take boat ride to mud bath, great experience. I had spa appt which was lovely. The weather was perfect. I would recommend Soco House in St Lucia.

Service complicated each simple request was not executed neither taken into consideration, tv remote control not working, hair dryer missing in 2 ou of 3 rooms, never received, even the panel “do not disturb” …. Impossible to find one in 6’days.

The Soco House was a beautiful place to spend my vacation. The staff was excellent. ( Shout-out to Ella and Eloise ) they were the best❤️. The view from the beach and the roof top bar was amazing. The food was great but the menu needed to be changed. Almost everyday the menu was the same. Overall the Soco House will see me again.

After spending a decent amount at this resort I can say it’s definitely not worth it. The service is terribly slow for drinks and food. We had one person ask us if we wanted anything once. Waiting on average 15 minutes for a drink and sometimes more for dinner. The room is limited on outlets and there isn’t one in the bathroom. The water pressure in our room was terrible but other people said theirs was fine so it’s hit and miss. There is only one restaurant and the food becomes very repetitive and very bland. Although it’s all inclusive we found ourselves going into town to eat at different restaurants as we couldn’t stand the food anymore. As far as the pool goes, it is clean and well kept but there are limited chairs. Even going out at 6:00am it was hard to find somewhere to sit. And the chairs that are all available are very uncomfortable. I did read that in someone else’s review and it is true. They do give you a cooler to take to the beach which was a nice benefit and we found the rooms to be kept clean but we would never come back to this resort. Maybe if you get it for very cheap and aren’t picky on accommodations and food then this would be ok for you.

Staff here are outstanding. Being greeted by Edmund when we checked in and served by Chester at the bar. Real professionals. The staff in general were very helpful and always looking to please. The facility is a bit worn and could using some refreshing but the staff make up for it. I think it’s about expectations. We did not expect a 5 star hotel and therefore felt great about things. Would definitely recommend this to friends.

We loved our stay and would definitely return in the future. The staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious with nice views from balcony. The pictures of pool didn't look that impressive so I was surprised to see a great size pool and pool bar. The only negative is that dining tends to be on slower side. But once you have right mindset and know it will be bit longer than home the experience is enjoyable.

**The Soco House in St. Lucia: A Complete Disaster - Stay Far Away!** If I could give zero stars to The Soco House, I would. My experience at this hotel was nothing short of awful, and I feel compelled to warn others about the many issues we encountered during our stay. **False Advertising at Its Finest** Do not be fooled by their slick marketing or curated social media images. The Soco House is far from the "luxury boutique" experience it claims to be. What you get is a poorly maintained property with subpar service, terrible amenities, and a long list of disappointments. **Moldy, Dirty Rooms** The rooms were disgusting. There was a pervasive moldy smell, and we even found visible mold in various places. The cleaning service is practically nonexistent—they don’t replace towels, the linens are dirty, and the rooms are left unkempt. If you want fresh towels, good luck. You’re better off bringing your own. **Not a True All-Inclusive** This is NOT a real all-inclusive resort. You can’t eat or order food whenever you want—it’s restricted to specific time windows. Even snacks are rationed by staff, so don’t think you can grab a bite when you’re hungry. Want to enjoy a drink on the beach? Forget it—they don’t allow you to take cocktails or beverages there. **Horrible Food and Limited Choices** The food was bland, repetitive, and far from enjoyable. They don’t change the menu, so you’ll be eating the same uninspired meals every day. And there’s no room service
