This little paradise is surrounded by woods and hills, with mountains and vineyards in the background. Nestled in the heart of nature in southern Bugey, the property sits away from the village of Groslée.



Enjoy a complete change of scenery in this peaceful, secluded setting with no neighbors. Recharge as you watch our horses, geese, chickens, and dog, and wake up to birdsong from the forest each morning. Embrace the countryside, tranquility, and many hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking trails. Nearby, the ViaRhôna cycle path lets you explore the landscaped banks of the Rhône.



The gîte offers a warm, cozy atmosphere and is equipped for a child under 3. A 90 cm extra bed is available for a fourth guest. Amenities include Wi-Fi, private parking, a shaded private garden with outdoor play area, and a terrace with stunning views—no neighbors in sight.



For horseback riders, facilities for horses and trailers are provided. Anglers can park a boat trailer, with a boat ramp just 3 minutes away. Cyclists have access to secure bike storage.



The 46 m² gîte features 2 bedrooms, a living room with smart flat-screen TV, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, and toaster. Table and bed linens are included.
