Nice three-room apartment with independent entrance and automated gate, exclusive and fenced outdoor area of ​​about 90 square meters. Die perfekte Ferienwohnung fĂŒr einen Urlaub am Meer!

Bei dieser Ferienwohnung hat fĂŒr uns einfach alles gepasst. Die Fotos auf der fewo-Seite geben die hĂŒbsche, liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung sehr gut wieder. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Terrasse sowie den ganzen Bereich ums Haus mit Carport hatten wir fĂŒr uns allein. Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig nach hinten. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, und mit vielen netten Restaurants, Bars, SupermĂ€rkten und kleinen GeschĂ€ften in der NĂ€he waren wir bestens versorgt. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind superliebenswĂŒrdig und hilfsbereit, Ein- und Ausschecken klappten völlig unkompliziert. An diesen Urlaub werden wir uns immer gern erinnern.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung.

Der Ort selber hat sich aus einer Urlaubssiedlung entwickelt, daher wird es immer noch am Wochenende belebter. In der Woche ist es ruhiger. Man ist halt mittendrin im italienischen Leben.

italienisches Leben - Vita italiana

Die Wohnung war funktional eingerichtet. Lage mitten im Zentrum und nah beim Strand wunderbar. Eigener Parkplatz am Haus absolut notwendig und gut. Terrasse sehr privat und geschĂŒtzt - und doch waren die GerĂ€usche des italienischen Lebens sehr prĂ€sent (Pizzeria gegenĂŒber, GesprĂ€che auf der Straße, Verkehr). Wir haben das sehr genossen, aber sehr gerĂ€uschempfindliche Personen fĂŒhlen sich vielleicht gestört. L'appartamento era arredato in modo funzionale. Posizione meravigliosa in pieno centro e vicino alla spiaggia. Proprio parcheggio presso la casa assolutamente necessario e buono. Terrazza molto riservata e protetta - eppure i suoni della vita italiana erano molto presenti (pizzeria di fronte, conversazioni per strada, traffico). Ci Ăš piaciuto molto, ma le persone molto sensibili al rumore possono sentirsi disturbate.

Tolles Appartment

Tolles Appartment in super Lage. Bis zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten, ebenso wie zu sÀmtlichen GeschÀften und Restaurants. In der NÀhe befinden sich SpielplÀtze und ein Wochenmarkt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und war sauber. Die An- und Abreise war auch völlig problemlos, da wir vorher vereinbart haben wann wir an- bzw. abreisen wollen. Giancarlo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Hervorragende Adresse und Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist Top-Ausgestattet und Dank der zentralen Lage schnell beim Strand, im Restaurant oder bei den vielen EinkaufslĂ€den. Herr Giancarlo ist ein unkomplizierter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, unsere WĂŒnsche (BettwĂ€sche hatten wir leider nicht bestellt – wurde rasch nachgeliefert) hat er prompt und sehr freundlich erfĂŒllt. Absolut zu empfehlen, gerne wieder!!!

Appartement situĂ© non loin de la plage avec emplacement privatif pour la voiture, mais malheureusement non climatisĂ©. Nous Ă©tions obligĂ©s de dormir avec les fenĂȘtres ouvertes avec le bruit d'une rue trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e aussi bien par des passants qu'avec des voitures, camions..La famille Tarmati Ă©tait trĂšs acceuillante et trĂšs aimable, et elle a essayĂ© de nous rendre notre sĂ©jour le plus comfortable possible.

Entspannter Urlaub in Marina di Grosseto Folge 1

Dieses Jahr im Mai waren wir das erste Mal zu Gast in Matina di Grosseto und somit auch erstmalig in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr sehr freundlich von Herrn Tarmati und seiner Tochter begrĂŒĂŸt. FĂŒr uns und unsere kleine Hundedame war ausreichend Platz vorhanden und es war alles vor Ort, was man so braucht. Von den Kochutensilien, ĂŒber Geschirr, bis hin zum Fön alles da! Die Lage ist bombastisch. In 1 Minute steckt man mit den Flipflops bereits im Sand und kuckt aufs Meer. GeschĂ€fte, Cafes und der Supermarkt, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und eine mega gute Pizzeria liegt direkt gegenĂŒber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Bei Folge 1 wird es definitiv nicht bleiben, Denn wir kehren ganz bald zurĂŒck!!! Mille Grazie an Giancarlo und Benedetta!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Giancarlo hat uns mit seiner Tochter sehr herzlich empfangen. Uns alles erklĂ€rt was zu klĂ€ren war. Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Perfekt fĂŒr badeurlaub..wenige Minuten vom Meer.. zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge innerhalb der Toskana..(Cascate del Mulino..kostenfreie wunderschöne thermalquelle..perfekt fĂŒr Ausflug nach rom..ab grossetto Ort direkte Zug Verbindung 2 std. ..entspannter Aufenthalt ohne auto:-) oder der nachbarort castiglione delle pescaia. FĂŒr den Einkauf GeschĂ€fte in unmittelbarer NĂ€he.. Restaurants auch....somit geeignet fĂŒr den perfekten ..erholsamen Urlaub.. giancarlo nochmals vielen lieben Dank Maria und jörg

Wunderschöne Herbstferien

Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hiflsbereit. Auch eine spĂ€te Ankunftszeit ist kein Problem. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kann bequem zum Strand, zur nĂ€chsten Bar, und zum Hafen um zu Angeln. Außerdem kann man von Marina di Grosseto aus schöne AusflĂŒge in die Maremma, nach Grosseto und Saturnia machen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit
