We've stayed here before, but this time seemed different. The elevator was out the entire time we went out on Weds and I have a special needs child with mobility issues. Also, are there any ice machines that work in the building? The only manager I saw was Joe when he was fixing the elevator. If i rang the bell at the front desk i felt like I was disturbing the manager on duty. Asked for pillows my first night and it was like pulling teeth to get more than one extra. Also, please consider purchasing some roll away beds as availability is stated on the website. No more Flannagan's either. Just seems to be on a shoestring budget this time around.

The hotel was not inviting from the outside. The place was not as expected they did not inforce the no Smoking rules. The entire hotel smelled like weed. The hot tube was closed. Breakfast was bare min.

The hotel was in rough shape. The ceiling in our bathroom leaked, and the door to the room did not shut when closed from the outside. When I called the front desk, they did not know what to do about it. I assumed that someone would look at it while we were out for the day, but no one did. When I checked out, we had to leave the door open and no one was at the front desk to alert to the situation.

It’s obviously dated but under renewal. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, the manager Joe was readily responsive to every request and doing the work of three people with a friendly attitude.

This hotel was not well maintained. It has 2 elevators and one did not work and the other would not open consistently so we had to use stairs. The shower water pressure inconsistent Staff was very nice.

Awful is an understatement!!

Upon arrival there were several people drinking alcohol and smoking marajuana outside the o my entrance to the hotel. We got stuck in the elevator because it was malfunctioning for 17 minutes. The shower in the bathroom leaked from the shower head and cause excessive water to overflow outside of the tub. The door didn’t have a lock on it to be locked from the inside before going to sleep. The hallway lights on the second floor had several light bulbs missing. The ac unit had an opening between the unit itself and the wall allowing for light and outdoor air to come straight in through the wall. The rugs were extremely dirty and full of stains. The restaurant was closed down by the board of health. It appeared that this hotel was housing in houses individuals as somewhat of a shelter with children not being supervised. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had while traveling. I will never go back.

I didn’t like that breakfasts is a joke. They don’t have a hot breakfast as advertised. They had cereal milk sugar and coffee. For what they charge they should deliver. They took the smoke detector out and left us with no security when I told them it was making a low battery noise. Safety concern. I found hairs from someone else in the shower curtain. Grosss never again I will stay here.

This place is a real dump. Would not recommend this to anyone. No one ever manned the front desk. Never saw anyone cleaning the hallways. No ice machines worked. Advertised in the front billboard full breakfast. That was certainly a joke.
