The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dishes, cups and utensils using the kitchen sink and place on the dish rack for drying.
Please notify us if you'll like to request late check-out ($40 extra fee). Unless approved, cleaners will arrive promptly at 11:00 AM during each check-out day to prepare for the next guests arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No parties or excessive noise. Any parties hosted will be accompanied by a $3,000 fine. No extra guests permitted without written consent.
No smoking of any kind on the property. Minimum fee of $500 applied to replace linens and rental of air scrubber if there is smoke odor in the house.
