Located nestled in the trees, close to the main marina and only about 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park.

This villa features 4bd, 2.5ba. Central H/A, ceiling and portable fans. Refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, airfryer, washer/dryer. Hair blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Ping pong, books. Gas BBQ. Parking up to 3 cars. Car Port for guest-use. No pets allowed.



The main Marina is a water taxi stop during the summer months, which will take you to all the beaches, for a small fare.



Sleeps up to 7 in beds. Maximum occupancy is 7, which includes children & infants of any age. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.

You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM.



GATHERINGS:

No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 7 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 7 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).



PETS/ANIMALS:

No pets.

PET POLICY IS FIRM.



LINENS:

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.

Beach towels are not provided.

Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.

The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
