Yosemite Villa is a spacious two-level retreat located near Lake Lodge Beach

and playground in the private, gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in

Groveland, California. Just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National

Park, this 3,019-square-foot home features modern amenities, a large deck with

a retractable awning, and a separate-entry game room—ideal for families and

groups.

**Game Room (Separate Entrance)**

Located downstairs with its own private entry, the game room includes a pool

table, wet bar, and an adjacent fourth bedroom. This level does not have

central heat or AC but includes a pellet stove for use in colder months.

Guests enjoy access to Pine Mountain Lake’s exclusive resort-style amenities,

including beaches, a private lake with boating, an 18-hole golf course, tennis

and pickleball courts, hiking trails, horseback riding, a pro shop, a

community pool, and a country club with dining.



**Community Access & Fees**

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.



**Parking & Accessibility**

Driveway parking for 3–4 vehicles (note: driveway is down-sloped)

The downstairs bedroom and game room are accessible via a separate entrance

only

No central heat or AC in the lower level (pellet stove available)

No pets or animals allowed

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach
