The Marvelous Mint is a character-filled 1973 chalet that's been thoughtfully updated while keeping its warm mountain soul. The name? A nod to the cheerful mint accents you'll spot throughout — the exterior, the kitchen, little details that make it feel like a place, not just a rental.

The home spans three levels. On the main floor you'll find the living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bath, and direct access to the wraparound deck — perfect for morning coffee as the deer wander by.

Head upstairs and the vaulted knotty pine ceilings open up around you. The primary suite is the showstopper: high ceilings, warm wood, a hanging lounge chair, and a small desk if you need to sneak in some work. The second upstairs bedroom is similar in style with a pullout sofa for extra guests.

Central heat and air, Starlink internet, and an outdoor dining setup on the deck round out the essentials.

Pine Mountain Lake community amenities are a short drive away: three sandy beaches, a marina with watercraft rentals, an 18-hole golf course, restaurant & cafe, tennis and pickleball courts, a seasonal pool (May–Oct), archery and shooting ranges, and hiking trail access. It was a very nice stay here in this house! Everything was almost new, clean and in place. Kitchen had all you need for cooking, wrapping, storing. Enough room for enjoying your time either in the living room or on the spacious deck. Walking distance to the beach and to the fishermen cove.What is very important - the owner was very responsive. You have a question and you have your answer right away.I highly recommend this property!
